Just a heads up to everyone on the clamping and discoloration front…I think Clubber mentioned it a few months ago, but I’ve found that pumping after clamping leaves no trace of discoloration. Also, I am noticing better post pump expansion while following Lampwick’s protocol of decreasing the pressure to 0 every 5 minutes for 30 seconds. I’m really excited. As for pumping sessions, had my first today!!! It was great, was hoping for some better expansion at 4hg but Ill increase the time over the next few months. I did start with a 3x10 session, felt good; not too sore but I can tell I had a good workout. I will take tomorrow of as I am going for two days on one day off. What surprised me was that I hit the 8 inch mark in the tube!!!

It is incredible to see how many have passe the 1” mark on girth, I´m looking forward to see more people who would participate on this thread please.

I figured I might chime in again, since its been a little over a month since I started pumping. Since starting my pumping routine I have had great morning wood, I have even combined some pumping and clamping together still achieving morning wood. I love the expansion and flaccid hang for most of the day!! I am really not sure what my girth is at this time, my morning wood ranges from 5inches to 5.3 which is a good sign just nothing cemented yet; most of the time it is above 5 inches. So far in the pump I cannot achieve expansion over 5.5 inches of girth, however I can during clamping about 5.6. Good luck with all of your girth goals!!!

This is confusing me a little.

Is this correct: the logic is that if the tunica has full pressure along its full length it assumes a kind of “knitted” state in which it’s impossible to deform? Rolling pressure means the tunica doesn’t get the opportunity to “knit” and so renders it susceptible to deformation at the points at which it’s affected by the pressure wave?

Is that correct? If so why does clamping when semi-erect make a difference? I can’t quite see how.

Size Myths in the Porn Industry

I just recently noticed that I’ve gained more than an inch of base girth. I always only measured my mid-shaft girth cause that’s what I care most about, so I was super surprised to realize how big my base girth is (6.75 inches or so… maybe a bit bigger).

This is definitely due to super intense triple clamping. The pressure right beside the clamps is just massive.

I am at 6.0bg which would be 1 inch after 6 years of pe with 1 year off.

This is totally motivating, time and time again I´m seeing that is totally possible to gain more than an inch on girth.

I started PE in March of this year. I was approximately 6.75 inches long (not sure if it was BP) and 4 7/8 in MSG. I do not have my journal here but I need to post an official thread or get it in my sig go my measurements are accurate.

I am close to 8 inches now (BPEL) and 5.25 MSG (measured while standing).

I started out with the beginners routine and wearing an ADS for 2-8 hours a day and some manual stretches.

I noticed lots of length increases wearing the ADS but little girth gains. Jelqing did not seem to help girth all that much. It did help condition my penis for what follows.

I started pumping and clamping about 3-4 months ago.

My routine is now:

Warm-up with heat until I feel comfortable (I do not time it).
Heat up the lubrication and do jelqs until I am 70-80%. It may be 50 jelqs or 600. I would say on average it is between 200-300. I do not force my penis through workouts.
Warm-down in the shower.

2-3 days a week (depending on how my penis feels) I pump after the jelqs for about 1 hours. I pump for 10 mins, remove it and massage, then repeat. I use a heating pad around the pump and that helps a lot getting expansion. I can easily fill the LA Pump now (which I believe is 5.75 in girth).

After that, if my penis is up to it (it is all how I feel, I do not force a workout if my penis is not ready) I then immediately clamps for 2-3 10 minute sessions.

I now measure 5.8 EG after these sessions.

Sometimes I do a split. The above workout is done after I hit the gym in the morning. I work out at 4:30 am, head home, take the kids to daycare, and then I have the house to myself. In the afternoon, I can close my office door in the office and I will do clamping for about 30 mins to an hour, 10 min sessions. I also do horse squeezes while I clamp, squeezing the glans to help expand for girth.

Throughout the day I still try to get in ADS time so I am continually doing PE.

In the evening it is time with the wife and kids so I rest. Around 8pm I will do manual stretches while wearing shorts (it doesn’t look like I am doing stretches - I am good at hiding it). And when the kids are sleeping I will get about 40% erect and squeeze the base and glans and do kegels and do more mid-section girth work by rotating the hands and squeezing the hands together (I hope I explained that right! I do not know the name for this).

I do no girth on the weekends and only manual stretching in the evening. I have no privacy on the weekends but it is a good time to relax and let the penis heal.

I have noticed more girth gains lately. I will keep this up and hope I can cement that 5.75. My goal is to get to 5.5 by January. I gained about .25 inches in girth in two months.

Just a note on how I manage my workout, I have been lifting weights for years and I believe you need to listen to your body and also know your body and it’s limits. I use that philosophy for PE.

I am also a bodybuilder so I take testosterone and HGH. HGH helps with the healing process and I know I can do more advanced exercises and heal faster.

Also, I started injecting 25mcg of IGF-1 and 200mcg of MGF into the penis three days a week. It doesn’t hurt and I have no problems with this. I also may be helping me with the girth gains. Time will tell.

My goal is 5.75 EG and over 8 BPEL by May 2011. I am happy with my length now. Girth is what I really want. Ideally I want 6.25 to 6.5 (but I know this will take a long time). I am considering surgery if I am still at 5.25 in May 2011 and it will be with Dr. Reed in Florida.

I don’t get the surgery bit, I mean you are well above average right now. Maybe its just from my profession but I know however much it would cost for surgery I could double that within a year. Your money could be very well spent on something else!! When it all boils down to it, having a big penis is just something to look at, women can be satisfied especially someone you love or that loves you with much less than you already have. Good luck on your continued journey!

Money is not an issue. I have a PhD in finance so if you can guarantee me a 100% return in one year I’ll stick my 8 figure 401K in it ;o) (Safety is the ultimate issue for me though.)

I always wanted a thicker penis, that is why I am going to get it done.

Soma has a great thread on his surgery. He is also married. His wife also said he was crazy to get it done (mine said the same). I know his wife will probably love the new size. I know mine will too.
