If any of you start thinking about clamping I suggest as everyone else says to take it slow, I should have started with some more manual exercises after jelqing for about a year. I jumped in too fast, which I think may have hindered some gains as well as causing discoloration which I really hate.

I took a little decon recently and I am finding I can use much less force with the clamp and still get good expansion; so just don’ rush into it. Hopefully I can hit my goal of 5.5, I started somewhere around 4.9 and measure now around 5.2.

That’s fantastic sirmixalot. How much bigger does it appear to you (after all, that’s what matters)? I know that when I have my hand around my unit while in the clamp, it feels SO much thicker. An increase of .3 inches in girth is amazing.

I can feel the difference, however visually I really see no change as my gains can only be seen from the side; still looks like I have a pencil dick! Its crazy I see pictures of guys on here with the same girth but much wider and they look like whoppers compared to mine. I am still satisfied and will continue to try gaining, thanks for all the great advice everyone!!

Also I was reading and discovered, still testing that bundled stretches may help increase girth as well because they target the tunica more than others.

We are built the same way then. Somebody somewhere described it as “Wide” vs “Deep”. For what it is worth some of the girth I have gained has been width. You probably have too, your mind and eyes are just not processing it yet.

Are you hitting any particular exercises to make it wider? I think I may start incorporating orange bends, and I was reading that bundled stretches can help as well as they put more stress on the tunica.

Nothing really. I kind of think the width came from the two times I’ve consistently pumped. Basically 2 three month periods.

This is actually kind of old thread that got revived recently because I mentioned it in another thread. I’m glad it got revived, I forgot how much good stuff is in it.

These days I am trying to “even up” the top 1/3 of my unit to “match” the bottom 2/3’s. Just started this recently. The guys recommended ULI’s and Sadsaks for this project.

Wonder how I could target the top third of my unit?

Will look into the bundled stretches. Thanks for the tip!

I just bought a pump, I am noticing a little bit of a baseball bat effect and hope to even it out; I would love to be at 5.5 by the new year. I have also incorporated some moderate uli’s in my jelqing as well as some squeezes. I am starting to think less is more, when it comes to pe but I know everyone is different, I just think you need to listen to your unit to get the best results.

Definitely some good stuff in this thread. What was your reason for stopping pumping if you were seeing results, and did you loose them?

I stopped because of privacy/time issues. I did not lose any of the gains.

Interesting about the baseball bat effect. The first thing to increase for me with pumping was base girth.

My wife can take it fine but I don’t want to press my luck. It’s beginning to look like the guys dick on the faradingdong vids. I have been dry jelqing and pumping

But in the info tab says you started on 2006. And your starting measures on your signature indicate 6.5, and your current stat 6.5.

Does that mean that you are currently on 7”EG.?

sirmixalot — Steady tiger, you need to acclimate yourself first. No jumping into 3 x 10.

Your first time out, limit yourself to 5 to 10 minutes at around 2.5HG. Avocet8 has a great schedule/program for getting acclimated:

I’ll start out with 3x5 minutes at 2-3 Hg probably, no need for more than that. Ultimately 30-45 minutes at 3 Hg should be good, I hear good things about long duration under low pressure compared to ramping the pressure up.
