I’m new to this exercise, but so far I’d say it’s an amazing girth enhancer!

And I’m here to tell you about my new exercise, that I call the MegaSqueeze. It’s working wonders for my girth, it’s easy to learn, although not very easy to do for maximum effect. It’s also NOT for beginners.

Ok, here we go:

Start out with your fave warm up - I do it in the shower.
Get an erection, medium hard (you’ll have to make it harder as you go along)

Right, now use a milking/jelqing exercise, basically one you like doing and that pumps blood into your head. I do a simple one hand dry jelq, very tight and very slow for 20 reps.

After the set of milking/jelqing you do the MegaSqueeze:

Pump as much blood as possible into you penis (don’t worry if it’s not TOO hard at this stage, you only want it REALLY hard at the very last set).

Grasp with one hand at the base, doing a torniquet, as tight as humanly possible.

Wait a second, let go ever so slightly of the torniquet hand - kegel hard - close the torniquet hard again.

Ok, now the squeeze… if you’re uncut, as me, just do this using your foreskin (be sure to leave it covering the head before doing the torniquet), if not then just use PLENTY of lube.

Make a tiny little ok sign with your index and thumb. I mean TINY - half a centimeter or less.

Now star at the very tip of the head and slide that tight ok sign down your penis until it’s past the head. Hold it there for ten seconds.

Obviously your tiny ok sign is going to have to loosen up a bit to be able to slide down the head, but keep it as tight as you can, thus moving all the blood you pumped into the head down to the shaft.

Your shaft will thicken up considerably.

Let go of the torniquet hand first, slowly, then the hand at the head.

Repeat the milking/jelqing.

Repeat! I do 10 sets of 20 jelqs and 10 sets of 10 sec MegaSqueeze at random day intervals and it’s working wonders for my girth.

THIS EXERCISE IS DANGEROUS. BE CAREFUL!! DO NOT DO IT IF YOU’RE A BEGINNER! DO NOT BLAME ME IF YOUR DICK EXPLODES!

WOW!!! Did 4 “440’s” and and it is INTENSE!
Hot shower, good warm-up and I did the exercise 4 times, held them perhaps 20 sec each, as I was doing this from memory. I got the basics, and in shorts, IT WORKS! I got a better pump from this than the Uli (clamp) alone, and I gotta say it really shows promise! THANKS, HORSE 440! :D

Been doing the Horse440 routine twice a week, Once this week. AMAZING!
Very Noticeable gains so far, I am not going to measure until May 1st but I am
sure I have achieved a girth gain already :D I have been doing 4 sets, held for
at least 30 seconds each. I cannot do it exactly as Horse describes, (reverse OK)
I just grab my glans starting at the circumcision scar, and squeeze it down slowly
and relentlessly, until I hit my count. I am doing a kegel for each count, as well. Not
sure how long I am going, but it is at least 30 seconds. Doing this in HOT Shower,
and I do kegel sets and stroke the blood back into the head and shaft between sets.
INTENSE! I am at the point where stroking it nearly causes my thumb and middle finger
to come apart at the mid shaft bulge! I also wear Large to Extra Large men’s work gloves.

Awesome Routine, Mr. Horse, Sir! Every Time I do it, I am awestruck.

Have you gained girth since doing these? Wonderful expansion I get after but only at it a few times. Best expansion I have gotten from any other girth exercise.

I was pushing 6.5 MEG back in the day, (early 2000’s, ‘03 to ‘04) and I quit cold for a long time. I fell off to 6”MEG consistently here before I joined, and I have hit a ‘post workout’ next day MEG of 6.625” MEG since I joined TP! I’d say it is Definitely Working! No links either? These forum controls are different than I am used to, I apologize if I posted actual pictures,

HORSE 440s ROCK!

I have achieved a 5/8” girth increase in a little over 7 months since I joined Thunder’s Place, mostly due to HORSE! :D

Going for another round tonight, shower session, I’m pretty much addicted to this exercise ;) Gotta Love It! My Unit is bigger than my wrist which is awesome, and I have actually measured 6-5/8” (6.63”) the day after, and that was last month. I could be bigger now. Hoping to keep up this string for another week maybe, then a couple days of rest and measure again. Morning after measurements are good, but I think a good test is after 24 hours or more. But I do not want to rest until my unit says I should rest. The PIs are pointing UP, keep working it, go for the gusto! More in about a week and a half.

You might consider 5 or 10 minutes beforehand of heat - - perhaps a heating pad, or IR heat lamp. That will set you up for a better PE session. The unit will expand more.
