Horse 440 Squeezes

This is one of the best girth threads - and exercises - ever.

Yes, you will get some compression but that’s okay. I keep kegeling in blood and adjust my hands to swell different part of my cock. Compress down low toward the base to focus on girth there. Move your bottom hand closer the shaft to focus on the middle or upper part of the shaft.

Be careful. This is a very intense exercise and you need to let your dick rest in between. I usually do one about every minute or two while I’m jelqing. You can do them wet or dry.

Goal: BPEL 8.5", EG 5.5"

I grab the top of my CC and squeeze from there. I don’t see a need to squeeze the head since that’s connected to the CS. I have had amazing sessions with this squeeze. Kegel in blood. Move your hands up or down to focus on different parts of the shaft. Be careful with the pressure so you don’t thrombose a vein or hurt yourself.

I think on the way up, the head is connected to the CS through the artery, but on the way back, its connected with the CC through the veins.

Okay, thanks. For my glans I do rbi99’s ultimate jelq where I press my fingers into my CS as I go up toward the glans.

For me, using Horse 440’s original instructions on page 1 of this thread, making the little okay sign and slipping it over my glans doesn’t really do much and isn’t a natural easy motion. I can feel where my CC ends at the tip, so I just squeeze there. Really, I squeeze the glans and top bit of the shaft. Regardless, this squeeze is amazing. My shaft puffs up and gets awesome. Once it turns red, I release the tension shortly after so as not to injure myself.

I’m curious about gains people have made using it. Quite a few have said it’s the best girth exercise bar none.

I used to edge with a party balloon over my glans in my pre serious PE days. I may reincorporate it into my “routine”. It definitely helped my girth and would push my length a bit too.

I found it forced the blood to gather in the shaft, it was easier to engorge. After the shaft is thoroughly engorged I would take the balloon off and usually that drew blood into the glans whilst simultaneously drawn into the shaft.

Think of capillary action filling a tree from root.

Oh yeah, a word of warning: make sure you give your glans good rest and don’t overdo it, I had a weirdly small head occasionally after this. I think I simply overdid it.

After trying for a long time, I finally gained 0.3 ” of girth doing set of Ulis, Horse Squeezes and Slow Squash Jelqs. 5 sets of each exercises to be honest. I feel the Horse squeezes along with the SSJ contributed to my gains the most

Those are good exercises. I also like v-jelqs, fulcrum stretches, and plumped or Orange bends for girth. My cock is rock-ribbed at full EQ and has never felt better. It feels heavy and thicker in my hand, which is awesome.

I’m just a Newbie so I defer to others with more experience. However, I love the 440 Horse Squeeze followed by a Uli. Amazing girth expansion for my shaft and glands.

I also use a 440-esk squeeze to purposefully deflate my glands and shaft after I do a PE set to force all of the oxygen depleted blood out in an efficient manner.
I then proceed with some Firegoat Rolls/Edging/Jelqing to get freshly oxygenated blood into my cock.

I still have to read this thread in its entirety but maybe this is what possibly have you a negative perception of the glands deflating????
