Getting a harder erection

Before PE my erections were harder, and my erection angle was also higher. Not too bothered about the angle really, but sex is difficult when I can’t get it fully fully stiff. And now it’s making a bit worried to continue PE’ing in case it gets worse and I can never get it back to normal. And on the other side of the brain I have the unsatisfied feeling (I’m 6.2” NBPEL x 4.8” G) and the depressing thought that I know how to get a bigger penis but won’t do it in case it ruins my erections.

However, on the plus side, ever since starting PE I have neglected kegels and only done PC exercises about once a week at the very very most. Many times I have gone several weeks without performing them.

Should I just do 500 kegels every other day to get my erection strength back?

Well. I would say first of all 6.2” N.B.P. is above average. Looking around here you might not think that, But alot of these guys have been at this consistently for a year or more.

As time goes on the biggest are only going to get bigger. One day I can see DLD being 15” nbp, imagine what a newbie would think knowing there’s sombody out there draging a snake behinde him everywhere he goes.

Anyway back to what I was saying. If your not getting good erections, the typical cure is Kegals, and possibly jelqing to open up the viens. Also you should make sure your whole body is in shape to help blood flow. You could go a couple of days without ejaculating at all. Sorry I’m not more specific but you gave a really general question and information.

But for starters, definatly work some kelgs in.

I completely agree with the other guys, Kegel’s are so important. I had an extensive Kegel program prior to starting the DLD Blasters (this took the place of my regular Kegel routine) I have harder errections now than I did prior to pe. My errection angle is at almost 12:00 with a flex it hits my body…I was not able to do that before PE. Starting a good Kegel routine early will get you in the habit…The importance of Kegel later in your PE career will be evident if you have a 9” penis at 6:00 when hard.

Start doing a kegel routine and cut your PE routine back to only jelqing. No stretching of any kind. Jelq 10 minutes 1 day on/ 1 day off with an overhand grip (plams down), and make sure to use a hot wrap 5 minutes before and after your jelq session if you can. Try this for a few weeks and see what happens. This has worked for me.

And eat lots of cabbage and cauliflower.

awwshucks i know what your talking about i also have had times of week erections and have thought about stoping PE because of it, but like yourself i also neglect kegals.I dont think it will be permanent unless you damage your penis, i know because when i take time off my erections get a whole lot better.About 3 weeks ago i took about 7-9 days off i then done a workout and the next day in the shower i had this erection i have never seen before, this thing was trully amazing, the head was so pumped up and larger than iv ever seen it, and the erection was rock hard i dont think i can remember an erection that good.Unfortunatly i havnt been able to get such a good hardon but i had a good one when having sex the other week with the help of some arginine…. thats just the problem i dont want to have to rely on the arginine if you know what i mean.I think i also will take some of the good advise the other guys have given an start doing some reguler kegals.

Listen to NorthStar. That man, and DLD, are right. Kegels are very important!

Try to establish a routine where kegels are a part of it. They improve overall health of your prostate gland, give you harder and bigger erections and…not to forget, a strong PC muscle let’s you shoot your wad half across the room :D , much to the amusement or surprise of your partner.

Thanks for all the replies guys! Can anybody recommend a good kegel routine for me please? Yesterday and today I did about 100 kegels (2 sets of 50) a day. I used masturbation to keep it up. After about 50 kegels the erection started dying a little so I did 2 sets of 50. I started getting some precum after a while so I decided to stop masturbating in case it led to ejaculation.

I got some gingko biloba to help too.

awwwshucks, what is your routine? From what I’ve read weak erections can be caused by overtraining.

Having an erection while doing Kegel exercises isn’t necessary. Most guys do them while driving or at their desk in the office. I can’t see where having an erection would make them any better. You’re trying to strengthen the muscle that assists with ejaculation and erection by repeated contractions of that muscle. That can be done while flaccid. Over time the muscle will get stronger and your erections will be stronger, too.

My routine is pretty light compared to some. It is basically 10 mins stretching and 15 minutes jelqing, twice a day. At times I have done ridiculously long routines such as 70 minutes stretching and 50 minutes jelqing, things like that.

Some people use light weight (such as a wet cloth) on the end of their erect penis to do, essentially, weighted kegels.
