Cable Clamp: gains?

My routine recently is 90% clamping, 5% manual stretching, 5% jelqing, every other day. All my gains are now as cemented as they have ever been, and I am even gaining a bit, mostly in girth.

Has anyone else seen gains from clamping, or is it more of a cementing exercise?

I have gained some shaft girth from clamping. But recently I have started just wrapping tight with an Ace bandage. I think cable clamping for me hurts my erections some. :(

I’ve gained a hard or thrombosed vein and lost my uncemented visual gains.


Girth gains for better sex, length gains for a worthless ego boost.

I haven’t measured but I’m feeling bigger since clamping so for now they will stay a part of my workout. It sure does seem like they are causing more than their share of injuries though.

I can see why. They are VERY intense and not for newbies. But you know me, that’s why I like em! They are so much easier on my hands than 30 minutes of squeezes or an hour of jelqing.

I have gotten several thrombosed veins from clamping, but for some reason, they go away very quickly. I mean they go from hard as a rock, back to smooth in minutes. I wonder if, over time, thrombosed veins become less severe or if your body gets used to them.

And I have suffered from ED if I try to have sex the same day as clamping. Make sure to have erections WITHOUT clamping. I think some guys are clamping alot and the snake is getting used to having it on as an erection aid. I suffered the same problems with pumping. I think any erection aid has the potential to become addictive.

I am now doing some pretty extreme bends using the clamp and heating pad to keep it supple enough to bend quite a bit. I feel the stretches quite a bit in the skin, so it is a work in progress.

Clamps are no joke. :) WBH has gained length and girth by simply clamping at full erection and then kegeling in some more to hit an erection of 105-110&. Check out his stuff in the routine section for the specifics.

Clamping produces quite a bit of expansive forces. This is another way of saying trauma. The more trauma, the more recovery needed.

If you don’t get enough recovery before the next session, you begin to go backwards. That is, accumulate the damage without adequate repair…hence the loss of erectile quality.

I think clamping can be an awesome technique, but you may want to try with what you think is a very small amount and slowly work up based on how it is effecting your erections.

As in may PE routines…sometimes less is more!

Although an avid pumper, I’ve been doing my own experimentation recently with only erect clamping for the past 3 weeks. The results I’m getting are more gains in girth (especially in flaccid size)and a bit more girth in the top half portion of my dick( which is what I’m shooting for).

Could you tell me how you do the Ace bandage routine. How tight do you wrap it? How long do you leave it on? Do you wear it under your clothing when you go out? Has it improved your girth? Do you put any protection between your skin and the rough surface of the bandage?

It causes trauma for sure. When I do a serious routine of clamped erect downward bends, my ligs are sore to the touch for up to 2 days. I mean it feels tender when I shake it after peeing. Definitely need up to 3 or 4 days rest in between intense sessions if you are doing erect bends.

I was just wondering if others wre getting solid results from clamps.

Would it be reasonable to do extreme clamping sessions on Friday, so it can heal for 3 day’s (if you have a 5 day on, 2 day schedule)

I’m curious for clamp-gainers to, so please reply if you have gained by doing clamps.

I clamp 4-5 days a week, 20-30 minutes. I squeeze either at the base of the shaft or the middle, or both. Sometimes I put on a second clamp right behind the glans. Erections stay puffy for 1-2 days. I mainly want length. I have gained 1/8” length, not cemented yet, in over 6 weeks.

I find erection benefits too. I feel more sexual and more alive after clamping sessions, and many hours afterwards. I notice a difference if I don’t clamp for a week.

Yes, Girth comes easier, much easier for me than length. I get another 3/8” girth on clamping for at least 24-36 hours afterward. I seem to have cemented at least 1/4” from this routine.
