What's wrong with my penis

I’m a little worried but not too concerned because it rarely happens and when it does it goes back to normal, but basically.. After a good jelq session and some stretching the head of my penis develops these weird bumps around the hole. One bump on either side of the hole running along the length of it (it looks like a tiny swollen vagina haha *cough* ok serious) and I’m not really sure what it is.

It doesn’t hurt or anything and it fades away after 30-60 minutes. Does anyone know what this is?

Sounds like some lymph fluid…I wouldn’t worry about it.

Try to jelq with pressure on the sides of the shaft rather than on the corpus spongiosum (the ridge on the underside containing the urethra - pee tube). You’re probably causing the lining of the urethra to swell and seeing it at the meatus (pee hole).
