If I were to stretch only, would that 1) not reduce my EQ, and 2) avoid the venous leak problem and other problems associated with jelqing?

1) Many guys get more temporary EQ reduction from stretching (or hanging) than they do from jelqing. Jelqing is one of the best ways to improve your EQ.

2) Unless someone has a weakness predisposing them to venous leak, in which case they will probably have already developed it while having sex or during rough masturbation, jelqing is not going to cause it.
People who develop problems from jelqing usually cause their penis minor trauma which subsides within a few days to a week, and they do so by greatly over-doing either pressure (the PE equivalent of going into a gym for the first time and trying to bench 220lb because that’s what you see other guys doing, which makes tissue strain very likely) or over-doing time/number of jelqs (high volume training which leaves your penis totally exhausted for a few days).

Put bluntly, there really are no problems with jelqing. The problems are with the person doing the jelqing.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Okay, thank you. If I were to stretch and kegal only, would I still be able to grow without losing EQ? I just want to go for length right now.

I suspect that your chanse of injury due to lack of jelqing is much greater than the chance of a jelqing caused injury.

If you stretch too hard or for too long, you may still lose EQ a bit; that’s a natural function of over-training. If you are sensible, you shouldn’t have any problems. I do believe every PE routine should have jelqing in it. Even if you only add a bit of light jelqing, it will increase your EQ and help to loosen up the tissues, making your stretching more effective.
