Stretching SO vs SD and length gains

Stretching SO vs SD and length gains

I am wondering if stretching in more than 1 direction inhibits length gains…
I have read a few anecdotal reports about some big length gainers (Wad’s friend, for example) only stretching in 1 direction as opposed to stretching in all directions…

Is it possible that by stretching straight up and then straight down as part of the same routine, that you are cancelling out some of the length gains???

Is it better to stretch straight out for several months, then switch to stretching only straight up for several months, then switch to stretching only straight down for several months versus stretching in all directions during the same time period?

Imagine an extensible substance anchored to a tree, approximating the penis anchored to the body…
Wouldn’t you get a longer length of substance if you only stretched straight out rather than stretching straight out and stretching straight down?
If BPEL is measured when the penis is erect and pointing straight out, then wouldn’t straight out be the best exercise for erect length gains?

Please discuss…

But when you stretch any other part of the body, do you only stretch the muscle 1 way?

I'm pissed of with my gains and loses. I've been doing this for more than 4 years. I keep measuring wrong and the next time I update my signature you will see impressive results.

No way. The whole idea behind stretching execises is to give the penis the biochemical inducement to grow. The resulting growth will show up at all angles.

Stretching upwardly is very important, because it allows tension to be tranferred all the way back to the pelvic bones (ischiopubic rami). This angle therefore subjects the entire shaft, both internal and external parts, to the stretching force, and induces growth throughout the shaft.

Stretching downwardly is also important. This angle stretches the outer portions of the shaft (those forward of the suspensory ligament). It also stretches the suspensory ligament. Stretching the ligament will allow the penis to hang lower, since it’s not being held up so closely. This is generally reflected in greater flaccid length. It will also create some slack that allows the portions of the shaft that are behind the ligament to grow and push forward. Without stretching the ligament, the shaft might become too tightly bound by the ligament to be fully expressed outside the body as it grows.

If you’re just stretching, I think it is better to hit all angles. If you’re hanging, it might be easier to work on one at a time. I’m really not sure, however.

Maybe. That’s the way I typically hang. One possible drawback of SO hanging is that it does not effectively “divide and conquer.” It does not really isolate the ligs from the inner parts of the shaft. Therefore, the ligs take less of the hanging force than they would if you were hanging SD. Also the internal parts of the shaft take less than they would if you here hanging OTS.

Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

Just a thought, when using an extender you only stretch one way and it seems to work !

not true.. I wear mine all the way from straight down to straigh up

So what about stretches to the side?

Start nov05 6.313" BPEL x 5.250" EG

Marco,

When you stretch a muscle, it can only be stretched and contracted in a single direction because of how it’s connected to our bones. Of course, you can stretch your muscles in a certain ‘angle’ but not a completely different direction. The same applies to ‘hitting’ a muscle from a different angle, it’s just not possible as a muscle is designed to stretch and contract one way.

Reason being is that our muscles are not pliable like our cocks. Our muscles are connected to tendons which in turn are connected to bone tissue. If our muscles were pliable, like our cocks, and our bones were made of rubber then ‘yes’ we would be able to stretch our muscles in all directions.

I always found this to be funny when I hear people discussing about how you can target a muscle from a different angle. Same thing goes for using ‘light weights’ to ‘cut up’ or bringing out ‘detail’. Cutting up and detail is all down to how you diet, not how you train or which angle you hit your muscles from.

Just thought I’d share that with you:)

Ligaments..

You need to understand the ligaments and you’ll know that stretching SO only won’t produce the best gains.

Target your ligs at different angles and you overcome the limiting factors.

I only strech downward beacuse thats my LOT, and from what i’ve read the best for me a low angle stretches, so I do downward ones only. I did that for an hour a day for 1 month and i gained 0.5cm when i had my super strong erection!!! I never did upward stretches. Curious if that would’ve helped me get better gains.

I’ve been thinking if stretching to the side is nessecary since you stretch both the left and right lig when you’re stretching straight out, up or down. And it’s hard to get an equal amount of stretching on both ligs when you’re doing side-way stretches. What do you think?

Has been: 6.4 x 4.7 (16.3 x 12cm)

Is : 6,9 x 4.7 (17.7 x 12cm)

WILL BE : 7 x 4,8 (17,8 x 12.2cm)

Yes you are right.

I think is necessary to progressively increase the time of stretching.

Better for more sessions a day and in all directions.
