Hello guys, long time lurker, first time poster.

I have a question for those more knowledgeable than myself. We know what the tunica and ligaments are made of, from research I’ve done stretching those types of tissues doesn’t require the duration recommended in many of the these routines. Why is this form of stretching so much more intense then other parts of the body composed of similar components? Would you be able to achieve similar results with less duration (30s-1.5min) and have less risk of developing scar tissue? Has anyone tried this before ?

I’ve never been one to hold a stretch for too long. If the longer we held it was correlated to size gains, hangers would be outgrowing everyone but that isn’t the case. Just my thoughts.

With most of the body parts you will stretch, you are primarily stretching muscle tissue. Stretching the tunica (dense collagenous fibres) and the ligaments needs far more time, and heat to increase motility of the fibres.

Many guys who cannot gain length by any other means, find hanging is the only thing that works for them.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
