Stretching and rest days?
I am pretty positive this question has been covered but tried the search tool and couldn’t find it. Is it ok to stretch every day or are rest days required? Thankyou.

Some people react differently to a rest day than others. Try it one way, then try it another way. I myself find it hard to take a rest day; I’m too anxious. See what works for you!
