How about no rest days?
What’s the deal with rest days? I mean when I hang I feel the ligs stretch but honestly they never hurt so much that I feel I could do with a rest. Really it’s the pain in the dick I have from using my homemade bib that really makes me want to take a rest.
Would it really matter if I took no break days? Maybe on (rest) days I could do the same amount of hanging but with a lower weight? What do you guys think?
