How important is rest days
I am new here, and a newbie when it comes to PE. I started a newbie routine 2 weeks ago (and have allready made some gains, but I won’t report until I PEed for at least a month). This seems like a great forum with pleeenty of collected wisdom, so I will start draining some of it and hopefully I can pay back some day.
My current question is: how important is rest days? Being new and enthusiastic, I don’t like to have them. I do the exercises 7 days a week. Is this OK for everyone, some people or no one? Are there people here who tried both approaches (no rest days and using rest days) and can see differences in gains?
