Stretching and Jelq: morning or night

When is it better to stretch and jelq? In the morning, just after waking up or in the night, before going to sleep?

Has anybody experimented a bit to see which one is more effective or whether there is a difference at all?

I have not noticed a difference in my results or the results of those that I have seen report on this site.

Think about it like going to the gym. Wondering about the the most advantageous time to go to the gym is 100 times less important than ensuring THAT you go to the gym. The same goes for PE. Figure out which of the 2 options that you mentioned will give you the most consistency and choose that one.

Also .. If you have the time, privacy and inclination, consider doing PE both times. There are boat loads of threads on this site that recommend twice-a-day routines

I have always found that the evening is a good time. All of your activities from the day are over, and you have more time to relax and “exercise” as you would go to the gym after work.

In the morning (especially early morning) since our testosterone levels are high, it is easier to achieve erection than in the evening.

I prefer the evening because the only thing I really have to think about is what I am doing. After the P.E., I can take a hot bath then go to sleep, not only giving my body a rest but also my penis. Hope this helps out. See what you like. Good luck.

I try to get PE done in the morning. Usually I do it after breakfast and any exercise I may be doing (incidentally, I try to do PE more on off days).

Previously I used to do PE at night, but that was due to necessity. Now necessity dictates the morning. That said, the morning makes a lot of sense to me because I often use a cock ring to keep any engorgement going all day.

I find that whether one chooses the morning or evening, consistency counts for a lot more.

I prefer girth exercise in the evening. I find I a much more relaxed and I can just pump, jelq and go to bed.

I do some light stretching in the morning because I believe it is a good way to wake up my penis! LOL

I think when to do PE is just a personable preference. I find that I am hornier at night time. So that’s another reason why I want to do girth exercise at night as erection level is important.

I’m a real newbie but since I’ve started my PE exercices I always do my series in the morning. I try to keep a regular hour every day.

One thing we know for certain - if you don’t do PE you wont gain.

I dont think it matters but I do it at night..I go to the gym during the day and after working out I experience shrinkage so I wouldn’t wanna do PE before going gym. Plus I like going to sleep straight after my PE session for recovery..

I am like you. I try not to mix PE with working out. I find flaccid really suffers during and after workout for a couple of hours. I try to pump at night and head to bed right away for recovery.
