Streching only I'm only looking for lengh
Hey guys, long time lurker here and I need some advice.
I’m only looking to gain length more than anything else I was thinking of a stretching only routine. I am currently doing the newbie routine and will keep doing it for 3 months. After I am done can I do a stretching only routine and only 5min of jelqing? And can I do stretching only every day? And what types of gains have people gotten who do stretching only?
