Streching 2 X a day

Has anyone notice better results by doing strech 2 x a day.
Ive be do just streching in the Am and streching and jelq in the evening.
(20 rep @ 10-15 sec ea)

Also if I wanted to including Uli into my routine where should I start.
(how many days, rep, time). I’ve been PE ing for about 8 months now.


I modified my old routine and currently I’m doing 4 workouts during the day.

The first one in the morning under a hot shower, the second one around 1:00 pm in the afternoon, the third is scheduled for 4:00 pm and the last one around 9:00 pm. I’m on a 4 days on, 1 day off routine and so far have seen some changes.

Every workout lasts about 20 mins. The one in the morning is mostly stretching since hot water relaxes the ligs and reduced the risk of an injury. Uli’s are very effective but to tell you where to start, hmmm, I think you should incorporate them into your regular schedule and see what happens.

I have just started a 3 on 1 off schedule where days 1 and 3 are jelq and girth concentration, and day 2 is stretching, where I will stretch in two sessions, 4 hours apart.

I will give this a shot for a few weeks and then report on it.

I am building a Canadian Maple for the lovely!
