Staying Consistent

Staying Consistent

Got a question for the consistent PEers here. How do you stay consistent? I know having the mind determined to do it does it, but what if say, your friends wanna hang out that night? Or when you have it scheduled, you’re tied in a lengthy conversation? I ask because I am consistent, only when I work, since I do PE right after work, but the couple days I do not work, it’s highly unlikely I won’t do it. A thought would be to PE the straight 5 days, and my 2 off days would be rest days, but I’m sticking to the newbie routine, which is 2 on, 1 off.

Do it when you are least likely to be disturbed by friends and conversations, like first thing in the morning?

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Unless PE is your priority, you will find reasons not to.

Those who get results stay focussed on their goals and let nothing distract them from them.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

A little trick, is to have a sheet in excel or alike, and to do a rough calculation of how much you gain for each hour (that will be a very small number, but still it is a measurable entity); then in another row(s) you sign your daily PE work and in the next row how much you have (supposedly) gained through the total work you have done since starting your PE carier. Seeing the latter number moving, even in the 5th decimal place, can give enough motivation.

Interesting.

Doing it first thing in the morning could be an option, though I do my non-PE excersizes when I wake up, so maybe I can add that in there or something. I will give it one more shot at keeping it the way I have it now, and if I fail to do it again, I will try rearaning my workouts at a different part of the day.

@Marinera That does sound like an interesting way to keep motivated, but how do I measure in the 5th decimal when I use a 16 lined ruler?

Get a PE calendar or log. Writing down what I’ve done, or would like to do, each day, helps me focus, sort of like a daily planner.

Also, using daily affirmations and/or visualizations of what you would like to accomplish helps. Do it first thing in the morning, or at the beginning of your PE session.

I keep an 8-inch ruler on my computer desk on a spot where I can not help but see it, and it reminds me of my goals and that I need to put in the time.
