Is it possible for me to gain 7’ BPEL & 7’ Girth?

Should I start out with the newbie routine?

Also, I am overweight, so should I lose the weight before trying PE?

I am new to this as well. You will find that the newbie routine(by consensus) is the best foundation to start with. It gives all the important parts of PE and lets you adjust as you learn your body. Losing weight is good because really your health and well-being is the most important.

1) I think 7 x 6 would be possible for you. But be prepared for years of work.

2) Definitely. maybe even tone it down a little bit until you feel comfortable with all the exercises.

3) Not necessarily, but it would be wise to loose weight. You’ll probably find another inch or more depending on your weight and its impact on your fat pad.

It all depends on how much you’re willing to put into it. Either way I think you could be happy if you started.

Hi Whyguy! Welcome to Thunder’s Place!

It’s theoretically possible to gain that much but there aren’t too many who have done so. In fact, I’m not sure anybody has ever gained that much in girth. Bear in mind that 7” girth is a lunatic size and not something you really need.

Just try to focus on some smaller, easier to achieve goals and see where that takes you.

No, do them both simultaneously.

Thanks for the help :) I think I’m going to start immediately as well as try to lose the weight.

Will I have to do hanging? Or just the newbie routine for now?

Also, how many years do you think it will happen for it to become 7x6? Or close to that?

wait on the hanging. Give it a couple of months or more I’d say. You’ll probably be surprised what just the newbie routine does for you.

Who knows? Some gain fast, some gain slow.

Newbie routine for the first 3 months before you start looking at anything else. Start with less than the Newbie Routine and build up to it. Increase it steadily. By the time you have done three months reading here you will have enough understanding to decide what to do next.

No one can tell you what rate you will gain at. If anyone tries they are only guessing. They can’t know your routines, consistency or genetics.

Read every word of Important Newbie Threads/Info and you will gain a good basic understanding of PE and Thunder’s Place.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
