Quick Stretching Routine?
I’ve been stretching my Willy for several months (with some breaks and not very seriously) and think that there are already some gains - maybe ~0.2in in length. However, I’m not 100% sure about it and won’t be such until I see a 0.4in difference.
I can only afford myself to do some exercises when taking a shower, so my routine is:
5min warm up under the shower
10 60sec stretches in various directions
5min warm down under the shower.
Is there anything I should do/change in order to enhance more the length growth? I begin to believe in PE, but in order to continue with it, I need to see that it really works for sure.
Now - 15.1-2cm (5.95in) BPEL/ 12.5cm (4.9in) MSEG.
