A few quick stretching questions
Hi! I have a few simple questions on stretching, i hope you guys can help me out.
1) Should I incorporate regular stretches and v-stretches in each session? Or should I just do one instead of the other?
2) Is there a limitation to manual stretching? (i.e. eventually do you have to progress to using weights and stuff?)
3) Do you eventually progress to splitting days between length and girth workouts?
4) Are there any links to suggested routines?
