Hey all - brand new to PE, happy to have found this forum because I’m intrigued by the idea of enlargement and inspired by the progress stories I have read from many of you! I read some of the introductory threads and just want to confirm that my plan is okay by some of you vets.

I am going to take the next ~8 weeks to ease into an advanced routine by adding a *little* more each week. For now, just doing 5 minute warmup, 15 minutes jelqing, and 5 minute warmdown - doing this 4-5 days per week. I’ll probably do this for two weeks or so to feel a bit more confident in my jelqing abilities. After that I want to add stretching, just five minutes per day, and then over the coming weeks slowly increase the amount of stretch and/or jelq time each week (maybe one week increase stretch time by five minutes, then the next increase jelq time by five minutes, etc). Hopefully that makes sense. Basically starting out with a very basic routine, and slowly easing into a more rigorous routine. Specifically trying to ease into Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism. Does this sound feasible?

For jelqing: I feel like I am putting a good amount of pressure into the stroke, but I am not feeling any sort of pain at all; just pressure. Should I be feeling any kind of pain? If I understand correctly: make the OK grip around the base, tug to the glans, make another OK grip around the base, (feel the squeeze of the blood here), finish the first jelq with the hand that is at the glans, commence the next jelq with the hand that was at the base, repeat. Does that sound correct? I can certainly feel the stretch and pressure of the blood when I have the two OK grips at once, but no real sort of pain.

Also I feel like it’s tough to stay at 70%-80% erection during jelqing and would estimate myself to be more at 40%-50% - thoughts?

Of further note: I purchased a Bathmate before even finding these forums, so that will be used probably in the mornings in conjunction with this routine once it arrives.

Sorry for the overload of questions - any help and direction would be greatly appreciated!

Pressure is really okay but pain is not. Be bold but safe. Personally I think ulis are safer than jelqs, they engorge the newbie dick well and build girth without bouncing the nerves around and accounting for what I suspect is a high percent of PE injuries. But I did use them as part of my arsenal for a while. With grease and your hands and time and edging, you can force good growth.

I bought a Bathmate after a year of serious PE. But who’s to say? The thing works, it’s integral to my program. Use it and get thick, bro. I feel it’s more of a sure shot than manual anyway, but watch your EQ, my man.

Thanks for the input! So the pressure from jelqing should come from both the movement up the shaft AND the blood being trapped between the OK grip at the base and the OK grip at the glans, correct? And any thoughts on jelqing at only 40%-50%? Should I work it up more?

Maybe after a week of jelqing I will work in the ulis at the end of jelqing? How long would you suggest for a newbie? Five minutes of uli after 15 minutes of jelqing? I feel like I don’t want to drop jelqing just because it seems like such a standard move, no? Eventually I want to do stretches + Bathmate in the morning, and jelqing in the evenings as per Mem’s routine.

And I’ll probably end up masturbating 1-2x per week to make sure nothing is wrong erection-wise, along with looking for discoloration. From what I read, seeing small red spots + some swelling = normal, but if I see anything darker (brown, purple, black), then I need to take a break. So I’ll be on close alert there.

I did! Very helpful. Still trying to absorb it all, you know? Brand new, so trying to commit this stuff to memory and make it more accessible in my mind. Just making sure my plans are not misguided. Even have some of the videos downloaded.. Though I feel weird about having those saved on my computer, haha.

Ignore the grip strength/force used on the jelq video - it’s far too high. Imagine a smooth stick dipped in runny honey and using your thumb and first finger (or two) to squeegee the honey off the stick. That will give a much better feel for what the jelq should be like.

That’s actually a great visual. Sounds simple enough. I was definitely using a harder grip than that which did not cause any pain, but I’d rather be safe than sorry.

Jelqing is all about feel. Grip too hard and the ‘feel’ is gone. You need to feel blood moving up your shaft, and expansion happening. It’s not about strangling your dick. :)

I certainly have no intention of punishing him! He’s led me to some great times.

Also - thoughts on the 40%-50%? I know I read that newbies don’t want to go beyond 80% because there’s a greater risk of injury, and I believe I read that 50% is fine, but I was not entirely positive.

60% is about ideal - anything from 40-75% is great to start out. Keeping a perfect erection level is almost impossible over a session.

Excellent! Thank you very much for the help. Looking forward to see what happens in the coming months, especially once I’m eased into a more, erm, rigorous program!

I watch porn while I jelq, it helps me stay at around 90%. I don’t have to stop to get my erection level up, so it feels like I got a good session in.

I was thinking of doing the exact same thing actually, and I’ll probably start trying that.

I used to watch porn while jelqing as well, and used to maintain about a 80-100% erection level. Unfortunately, I never gained anything jelqing at such a high level (for 6+ months) and I couldn’t feel the movement of blood as I now can jelqing at 50-70%.

I would caution against watching porn while jelqing since you can get porn ED if you do this all the time. One thing you can do, which I just started to, is to find pics of hot girls on the internet and look at them every once in a while (I wonder if you can get ED from this). Of course, it’s even better if you use your imagination and no visual stimulation at all.
