Hi all

I started JP90 about 3 weeks ago and within 2 days I was having rock hard erections. The trouble was I was incredibly horny. I was getting erections from absolutely nothing which hasn’t happened to me (this much at least) in years.

So two weeks in and I’d been PEing 5 on and 2 off. I had been masturbating like at least every other day but realistically more. Some days I was yanking it, PEing and having sex the same day. I had gained a solid 1/4” though. I’m sure just EQ gains but I wasn’t complaining.
Suddenly nothing! Just had trouble getting it up and keeping it. Erections were weak. I didn’t know about fatigue etc so I kept going and only a few days ago I stopped. It’s been hard not to masturbate though. I’m in the routine now so to be honest I’ve been doing that way too much, but I know my little buddy and even though he does get tired this is different. I haven’t had a good solid boner in nearly a week now it’s so strange.

I hope it comes back. I’m pretty lost without it. And I hope I won’t be back to square one when I get going again.

My plan is to not wank, as of today, until it comes back. Then less masturbation and more gentle PEing for a while.

I wasn’t expecting to get problems this early on. Not the best start.

I don’t think you have much reasons to worry, you probably overtrained your unit which results in a weaker erections. Good idea would be to take a 5-7 days off and just rest. Your erections should be better after few days. Than start again, but follow the program as it is and do not add too much too soon. People often get overwhelmed with first gains and think more is better, it actually isn’t. Take it easy and be safe, consistency is the key, you have one dick you have to take care of him and not put him in risk, some roads are just one way, sometimes there is no coming back.

Take it easy and good luck with healing.

I’ve ran in to overtraining dead dick many times, for me it doesn’t take a lot - take some time off!

Minimize masturbating and ejaculation at least at early beginings, focus on edging without ejaculation and do kegels and jelqs to improve your EQ, you should be good to go in no time.

Edit: I just remembered that you are having EQ problems due to overtraining, so anyway you can have sex (if your unit feels better), but rest from PE until your erections are fully recovered, than continue with above mentioned exercises to make your EQ even better.

Managed to get it up enough to do the job last night. Today things seem almost back to normal. I’m getting erections but it aches a bit when I do.

Absolutely buzzing that it’s come back I was really starting to panic.

I’ll probably wait until Monday before I start back with PE again.

So I have a question now-

I was doing JP90 before I got overtrained. I believe that’s a beginners conditioning routine. I was following the whole routine word for word. I was also wanking an awful lot though I think that might have been a big part of the problem.

If I restart what should I do differently? Will it be enough to cut out the wanking and be a bit more gentle with my stretches and jelqs? Or should I reduce the number of jelqs and well?

I don’t want to hurt myself again but also I know the routine is supposed to be followed for 90 days and people have had good results with it.

What do you think?
