Does anyone have days when they just don’t really feel like getting an erection? I do sometimes. Today might be one of those days or I’ve overtrained. But simply because I sometimes have days like that I’m not entirely sure what overtraining is.

Whenever I write a post it always seems like I have 2,3,4 different questions. This is question #2.
I took a measure of an erection and it was smaller, but I got it by just really concentrating on sexy stuff. My flaccid isn’t small or hard or firm. My erection was a 7 usually it’s a 9. Even though it was smaller it felt engorged, looked veiny felt kinda heavy but quickly subsided and was hard to get up in the first place. So is this overtrained?

Hmmm………I don’t really know myself, I sometimes get a rock hard erection, and it seems as though the inner penis is hard but the outside is flaccid. That happened the other day having sex with my wife, It was the same type of “not an all natural boner”, maybe a little forced concentration, I sorta almost had a heart attack for some reason while having sex. After a good 10 minutes of thinking I was dieing we were at it again, but this time I had the same rock hard erection but my penis was much more pumped. It seemed like the outside was much more alive this time. I don’t think that relates……….. even close to your situation greenlights.

When I have overtrained my sexual desire goes to 0%. I am just getting over one, I had a firm flaccid and no good erections or morning erections for a week. Never even thought about masturbating. Today was a different story, my dick didn’t give me a choice, it had to happen.

Stress also plays a big factor! Whenever I feel down, my libido is down the drain. But it’s normal for every guy to experience low EQ every now and then. Don’t worry about it too much.

Guess it’s not just me, that’s good to know. But still how the heck are you supposed to know if you’ve over-trained or having one of those days.

I have that, usually about 2 days, however I’ve been taking vimax last couple of days;don’t ask I’ve had them for years and buying them is what lead me to thunders, also they are just about to reach their use by date…and these have pretty much cancelled out that period of decreased sex drive. I’m thinking of investigated the supps separately when they run out.

Half you guys seem to have these symptoms after over training, I guess seeing as dick function (boners, jelqing) cause testosterone to be released then decreased dick function equals decreased test levels, decreased test levels can cause tiredness right?

I did have a feeling I had over-trained, but had none of the USUAL neg P.I.s. Heck maybe it’s six of one half a dozen of the other. :S

For me over training decreases my EQ, my bpel and my bpfsl. I find if I train on that day, it pushes my EQ down further. If I take the day off my bpfsl comes up by the next day. Of course thats if I just slipped into some fairly minor over training. If I went crazy, then it might take a few days for my bpfsl and EQ to rise again.

For example this week, I started water pumping again. I had slowly worked up to a LUV of 8.25 inches (length under vacuum). It had been several weeks off from pumping, and tried to jump back in at that level. 2 days of that torpedoed my EQ from wood almost all nite to none at all. And that is really just 1/4” more than I should have used. So really, it doesn’t seem like much, but for a “less is more” guy like me, a little too much can have a profound effect.

I took yesterday off, and today my bpfsl was back up to almost my max again.

So if you have a sensitive dick, keep very accurate notes on bpfsl, and try to be very accurate with time and force in your PE when you record what you have done, and the results from it. For guys like me, the difference between gaining and not can be ridiculously small.

Porn is a lot like Cialis, it can mask the effect of over training. Part of the definition of EQ is EASE of erection. If you find you need more stimulation than usual, that can be an EQ indicator of it dropping.

Testosterone levels drop with stress. You need to differentiate between drops in EQ because of training mistakes, and testosterone drops because of stress.

EQ is designed to give you a tool to get accurate feedback on your PE. Learn to read it accurately and it will be a big help in gaining. If you haven’t already, read my EQ thread linked at the bottom of any of my posts.
