Have I overtrained my ligs please help
First just to say this place is amazing !
Ok I’ve been training for a couple of months now. I think I may have put a strain on my ligs.. I’m still a fair newbee and a bit worried so please advise if I’ve done the right thing or not.
I’ve been stretching 2 days on 1 day off. I figured that my ligs were preventing the inner penis from extending so have stretched downwards quite a bit. Last night one of my ligs has completely given way, I.e. It seems to no longer be present.
Am I right in saying the ligs are either side of my base attatching it to the pubic bone ? If so the right hand side fibourous tissue has all but dissolved, I’m worried now that if I stretch more the other side will go and my piece will not be able to stand strong anymore ? Am I right to be worried or in the world of PE is this a natural progression ? Many thanks for anyone with more experience whom can advise me as I’m a bit worried and for the mo will obv. Not do any more stretching.
