i have been PE’ing for about 7 weeks now. i recently doubled my routine and as a result have become overtrained. i am taking a break to get firm erections back.

my questions:

1) how long of a break is normally required?

2) when i start again, should i ease back into it like when starting PE, or
pick up where i left off with 2 on 1 off instead of 3 and 1?

1) A week off is probably sufficient. Play it by ear.

2) Make adjustments in intensity and/or frequency so you don’t overtrain again. Sounds like you are pushing too hard. It takes several months for your dick to get conditioned to PE. During that time it’s better to err on the side of doing too little instead of pushing it and possibly getting injured.
