i have been PE’ing for about 7 weeks now. i recently doubled my routine and as a result have become overtrained. i am taking a break to get firm erections back.
1) how long of a break is normally required?
2) when i start again, should i ease back into it like when starting PE, or
pick up where i left off with 2 on 1 off instead of 3 and 1?
