Have many people on this forum tried breaking their jelquing into sets, like a workout routine?

Say 50 X 3 for example.

I break my jelqs into sets sometimes … with Uli’s in between each set of 100.

I also break the jelqs into multiple sessions during a 24 hour period … so that I can make the best use of the available privacy as opportunities present themselves


Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

I do; it’s easier to keep track of numbers if I do 50’s at a time. I usually throw in a couple of minutes of a different exercise, then continue with the jelqing. Gives my hands a rest too, because I do quite a lot of jelqs. :)


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Alright cool. And what is the prefered method for girth gains, wet or dry jelqs?

I break mine into sets. I also prefer dry jelqs and I’m circumcised. Even though I think there more like an uli/jelq mix.

Jelqing well is a skill - you get the hang of it quickly, but will still be subtly refining it for months. As you refine technique and erection levels, you fine tune how you affect length and girth with them - it’s not a case of ‘wet’ or ‘dry’ jelqs so much as ‘grip pressure’ and ‘erection level’ etc.

That being said, when performed normally and with correct form, I would say that dry jelqs are better for gaining girth. Since the dry jelqing technique seems to focus more on internal pressure rather than the upward forcing motion of a wet jelq. It seems to naturally target deeper tissues and so would be more conducive to gaining girth, I think.

Yeah from all the reading I’ve done on the forum I would have to agree. I almost feel like I’ve lost girth since I’ve started PE, like I’m pretty sure I’m measuring in a 4.5 EG but I have gained length.

I usually take a break after each 100th rep. Sometimes Ill clap a bit or do ulis in between.

I have been jelqing for a year and a half now and I just don’t feel it unless I’m 90-100% hard. I don’t see how you can it less them that.
