Not getting much gains, have a look at my routine.

I’ve been on the newbie routine for about a month and I haven’t exactly seen a lot of progress.
My girth has gone up to 5.1 from 5, my flaccid length is better and noticeably longer but my erect length gains aren’t great so far.
Still around 7.75” BPEL with a ruler, 8” with a tape <- that I don’t get. Probably not accurate.

-Rice sock warm up 10 mins
-Manual stretches 30 second hold, around 10 mins (I just started doing this 2 1/2 weeks ago)
-Wet jelqing 15 - 20 mins
-Rice sock again for 30 mins+ and leave in on my crotch while I go to bed.

I think this is a fairly ordinary session, but I’m not seeing the gains that others seem to get after a month.

* I probably should note that I always PE right before bed, wet jelq at 20% EQ (I find it hard to stay hard enough because I get bored) but forget to kegel mostly.

What do you guys think, should I up my routine to morning and evening?

I would recommend you to stick with the newbie routine for a month or two even if you are not having results, because at least you can condition your unit for heavier exercises and then possibly achieve gains, good luck and good gains.

Which gains most of people see after just a month? A better flaccid etc. etc..

I think one month is too soon to expect too much, and yet you have gained, which is better than some.

2.5 weeks is way too soon to expect erect length gains, in my opinion.

Yeah its kind of disappointing I’m not seeing better gains like some of the other guys but I did make sure I started off gradually. The veins on my dick are getting more prominent if that’s anything?

I have a question about measuring, When I use a tape (the one for your waist) my BPEL could be as big as 8.1 sometimes but when I do the same with a ruler I’m 7.75. Is that normal?

I think predominantly length (NBPEL 8”-8.5”) would be my main goal but my ideal girth to accompany that would be 6” of girth.

Stick with the newbie routine but wet jelq at 50%. You’ll keep from being bored if you can make it interesting with something like a pyramid set up 50,40,30,20,10,10,20,30,40,50=300 wet jelqs. You may also want to try doing your routine first thing in the morning and take advantage of morning wood and high test levels.

The pyramid set up? I’ve never heard of that before. Do you take a break after each set? I think I’ll take your advice and do it in the morning as well as the evening.

But one thing I find hard to do is keep track of my jelqs because I only do as much as I can in around 15-20 minutes.

It seems like my routine wasn’t the best so it’s no wonder I’m not gaining like I should.

Nevermind, you’re too new to mess with anything you’re not sure about…. and a two a day routine spells disaster for you. Stick with the newbie routine!

I just finished my PE session,
10 min moderately intense stretches,
25 min wet jelq 50% erection,
A few minutes of light stretches.

I wonder if I should dry jelq instead so I can see some length gains.
What are the pros and cons of wet vs dry anyway?

Don’t even try those until you do 3 full months of the newbie routine.

If you change things up too often you will only be holding yourself back. Try and nail down a routine that you can perform consistently for a couple months, then after the two months decide if you need to change it up.

Its easy to fall into the trap of always trying something new because as you read through all this info you can easily find a new idea every week that worked for someone else.

Just remember, it only worked for them because they stuck with it for many months. :)

That’s just it, I’m very consistent with my routine. It’s just that I added stretching to it over 2 weeks ago.
Although I’m not seeing the increase in length, my dick is noticeably thicker with more prominent veins :D (whether that’s good or bad)
TheGreatDivider pointed out that I’m jelqing at too low an erection so I’m going to sort that out :)
