State your clamp routine and Gains

Hi all,

I restarted Clamping at the beginning of this month and have been starting to experiment with the amount of sets, durations, days off, etc to get the most gains and will be doing this more so in July.

I would like to see what has worked for others to gain girth through clamping so that I can test a bit further for myself of which direction to go and find what works best.

So it will set a couple questions which I would like everyone to answers who is clamping (and willing to participate). Hopefully out of this I (and for yourself) can get a more generally picture of what has worked for some people and what did not work so I will be able to find the ideal routine.

1. How long have you been clamping for?
2. Your gains (if any)?
3. Do you clamp and keep full erect (through edging and kegels) or do you let it get fully engorged and let the erection subside while staying engorged?
4. How many sets do you clamp a day and for which duration?
5. Do you have any discoloration that lasts?
6. Do you take any off days?
7. Has your Erection quality improved or gotten worse (or stayed the same)?
8. Which other PE exercises do you mix in your routine?
9. If you have any gains, what is in your opinion the reason you gained. If you have not gained what is in your opinion the reason you think you have not gained?

I will start with this myself:

1. 4 weeks
2. Started at 5.4 inch erect girth I expect I have made a 0.3 inch in those 4 weeks leaving me at 5.7 inch erect girth.
3. I clamp full erect and keep my erection through edging and doing kegels
4. Four sets a day at the moment each lasting between 7 - 10 minutes
5. No, I take a hot bath every time after my work out and massage out the discoloration.
6. Yes, I take Wednesday and Sunday off, every week.
7. Both, I clamp on Thurdsday, friday and Saturday. I notice that at this point my EQ decreases but after my rest day and the first 1 or 2 clamping days it is much better then before.
8. Just some light stretches and light flaccid jelqs
9. I believe the following reasons is way I gained:
- Healthier diet I started this month
- Cardio and weight lifting I started this month
- Rest days, I noticed that after rest days my clamping expansion gets bigger and then stays at this point every time I clamp until I have another rest day after which I my Clamped expansion is bigger again. I clamped the first week without a rest day and my clamped expansion did not grow. After my rest day my clamping expansion grew about 0.3 inch.
- As I have a lot of privacy in the next 4 months I do my exercises when I feel most ready for it. So in some cases I will even turn my workout day in a rest day and will work out in my rest day instead if that’s what feels right to my body.
- Consistency

I believe strongly the strength in PE is that you have to find what works for you best. That is basically my mission to help my self and others to get some input and then be able to find which mix of all this works best for ourselves.

Your input will be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I should add, Clamping can be dangerous and is only for experienced PE’ers.

Start January 2013: NBPEL 6.2" (15,7cm) / MSEG 5.2" (13,2cm) / BPEL 6.6"(16,8cm) / FL - 3.5" (9cm) / FG - 3.9" (10cm)

Mid-term Goal : NBPEL 6.7"(17cm) / MSEG 5.5"(14cm) / FL 4.5" (11,5cm) / FG 4.5"(11,5cm)

Read my thread. This is a page from my thread that explains my clamping routine tntjockey - I have reached my goals. I gained not only in girth but in length as well. I also state that it is important

to put the clamp on properly. I also had an Ace in my pocket, my wife helped me PE.

Have you already use clamp and then use pump just after?


nov.2010: BPEL 5,7" (14,5) MSEG 4,9" (12,5); nov.2013: BPEL 6,8" (17,5) MSEG 6,1" (15,5) FL 5" (12,7) FG 5,1" (13,0); now aprill 2016: BPEL 7,3" (18,5) MSEG 6,2" (15,8) FL 5,2" (13,2) FG 5,1" (13,0)

Goal: BPEL 8" (20,5) MSEG 6,3" (16,0) FL 5,9" (15,0)

1. How long have you been clamping for? Started 1st week of April so as of this posting, 3 weeks.

2. Your gains (if any)? I haven’t measured because I want to put in a small stretch of time before I do. Following TNT Jocky’s method of 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off. I’ll take my first measurement after my first 2 week break. (wish my wife would help me)

3. Do you clamp and keep full erect (through edging and kegels) or do you let it get fully engorged and let the erection subside while staying engorged? I keep fully erect through edging and kegels. I must admit, I really like it too!

4. How many sets do you clamp a day and for which duration? 3 sets of 15 minutes with about 4 to 6 minutes between sets.

5. Do you have any discoloration that lasts? None yet. Discoloration from hanging finally went away. Hope this doesn’t bring any.

6. Do you take any off days? I do 3 days on, 2 days off.

7. Has your Erection quality improved or gotten worse (or stayed the same)? No difference, still great thanks to PE.

8. Which other PE exercises do you mix in your routine? I occasionally stretch but nothing else.

9. If you have any gains, what is in your opinion the reason you gained. If you have not gained what is in your opinion the reason you think you have not gained?

Good luck and nice quick gains on your girth. I’m hoping to gain at least another .5 inch in girth to get me to and even 6 inches, but I wouldn’t complain if I got more. Would like to gain another 1.75 inches in length but I’ll be happy with any gains. Pretty lofty goals.

I have been clamping.

5 minutes on and 1 off for 20 total minutes clamped, then taking however many days off I like usual 1-3 days. Has been working very well. Currently at 9x7 inches

You said in a thread you started 2 years ago that you were at 9 by 7”.
So you haven’t gained since then ?

Yeah I have gained. I just use that as a closest round number, it’s actually 9.3x7.1

I have gained .25” in both length and girth through clamping along with pumping, but mostly clamping with bends and squeezes.
