Newbie starting PE

Firstly, I’d just like to say, that this site is awesome. I have found lots of interesting and new information. I’ve been doing the newbie routine for about a week now and I’m really hoping that this works, because I’m not really a confident guy and I think having a bigger penis would just make me feel better.

Only thing that I’ve noticed is that my erections that come naturally (not masturbating) have become harder. No other changes yet, but I’m patient and I know it can take a lot of time, before I gain in size.

I’m just starting as well. Good luck and here’s to fast gains for both of us!

After 1 month I have made gains! And this is really important for me, because this will inspire me to go on with this wonderful process. :)
Although I was kinda going more for girth (almost always did jelqing at 60-90%), I ended up increasing more in length.

So after the first month of my PE journey I have increased 0.3” in length and 0.1” in girth. My penis is definitely healthier: harder erections, more morning wood. I’m really starting to know my penis better and learning more about it’s condition. Of course I’ve been following the newbie routine and feeling that I do enough stretching, but since the last week always felt like I should do more jelqing.
This is why I am adding 50 more to the 200.

Congratulations on your gains, in fact, those gains are huge for just the first month. Don’t change what you are doing if it is working.

Wow, looks like you are about to have to set some new length goals. Keep going.

Congratulations on the gains! I’ve also noticed more morning wood since beginning PE and have found this to be the perfect time for jelqing. My wife is an RN and works the night shift so I have all the privacy I need for my morning and evening PE exercises.

Dude, did you really gain .3 inches in a month? It usually takes guys here 3 months to gain that. At the rate you are going, you will have gained a half inch at the end of next month.

I’ve also gained .3” in the first month… but only in BP.

What was the exercise you use for that gain

What exercise can I do to get the same gain as you in one month

I don’t know about yokoracer but I used the newbie routine with jelqing at higher erection levels (60-80%). I gained more in girth than in length so I am now doing more stretches (30min/day split up in 10min sessions).

Tntjockey, yes, I really did, which is quite interesting, since I did jelqing at higher erection levels and mentally pretty much just wanted to increase more in girth.

Maybe one factor could be, that when I first started out, I put pressure on the top/bottom of my penis, but then heard it was less dangerous and more efficient to put pressure on the sides. Anyway, when you put pressure on the top/bottom, you are really pushing a lot of blood into the head of the penis, which makes it much larger and I can tell that some of the 0.3” length gain is thanks to a bigger penis head when erect.

I’m not sure that this is the reason, since I’m still a newbie, maybe some of the elite guys know better.

Congrats, I’m at a wall after 43 days in. .25 in BPEL came fast in the first 3 weeks, no EG. Now no more EL, EG but I did gain .5 in FL and .5 in FG. I measured for several days under similar circumstances to be sure. The only thing I can attribute this to is the traction wrapping that I’ve been doing for the past few weeks. Unfortunately I could give a rats ass less if I had more flaccid length and girth but hopefully these are signs of more good things to come…

The thing I’ve noticed is that my member has more activity down there than before, similar to when I was a youth and the sight of a nice pair of boobs would give you a boner.

This site is amazing. I’ve learned so much since joining. I spent the first month researching as many links as possible on what to do, what works for some people and so on. I also practiced some of the stretches and jelqing methods to get familar with what the proper technique is in each exercise. I’ve been doing the newbie routing for 2 weeks and firmly believe this works. I haven’t measured yet and will hopefully see some positive results at the end of my first full month.

Attitude seems like it’s half the battle. The other half seems to be consistency in our routines.

What routine do you do? I’ll jelq for the first 30 minutes in the morning, then do manual stretches, along with light 2 way stretches and light V stretches, then repeat this in the evening. I’m using a 5 on, 2 off schedule. I hope I’m not overdoing it and I hate to take the two days off!!
