The thing I’ve noticed is that my member has more activity down there than before, similar to when I was a youth and the sight of a nice pair of boobs would give you a boner.
This site is amazing. I’ve learned so much since joining. I spent the first month researching as many links as possible on what to do, what works for some people and so on. I also practiced some of the stretches and jelqing methods to get familar with what the proper technique is in each exercise. I’ve been doing the newbie routing for 2 weeks and firmly believe this works. I haven’t measured yet and will hopefully see some positive results at the end of my first full month.
Attitude seems like it’s half the battle. The other half seems to be consistency in our routines.
What routine do you do? I’ll jelq for the first 30 minutes in the morning, then do manual stretches, along with light 2 way stretches and light V stretches, then repeat this in the evening. I’m using a 5 on, 2 off schedule. I hope I’m not overdoing it and I hate to take the two days off!!
