I'm Starting Pe Ing
Well guys I’ve read up on this a ton and I’m finally starting my PE ing today! I’ve read a lot on here and from other sources and I’ve come up with this schedule.
Oh by the way my measurements are as of current.

This is the routine I was thinking about to use. It’s a mix of a newbie routine with a semi-intermediate routine. I did it once before for 5 days and I was fine but I never continued and I don’t know why. But it’s time to get back on track.
30 min manual stretching pulling straight out, up, down, left, and right. Stretching with pretty good force for 5 seconds.
Before bed about 14 hours later
Warm up hot towel 5 min
Power stretch-pulling straight out and around I all directions for 10 min. Same as morning.
Ultimate-slowing milking the penis and holding at the end with engorged blood in the tip while lighting stretching for 10 min.
Jelq and hold-10 min
Back to straight stretching for the last 10 min
Cooldown warm towel and twisting of my penis to allow blood flow again
5 days on 2 days off
I know it may seem a bit extreme for a beginner but like I said I’ve done this before and done well with it. I didn’t see gains but then again I only did it for a week.
So.. What do you guys think? Oh and please don’t send me links to the newbie routine, I can handle more so why not do more?
Please everyone throw down some advice. I’m incredibly excited to do this.
