Newbie routine: My schedule is random

Hi guys, I was just wondering if being random with my PE sessions can affect my gains. Sometimes I can train 3 days in a row and sometimes I can take 4 days off in a row. I’m just doing it when time allows me to and when I feel like it. After 2 weeks my gains were 0,125in and now, after a month my gains are still the same. I was wondering if I should start PE more often, about 5 days a week?

I haven’t taken as many as 4 days off but I haven’t really stayed on a schedule because sometimes after a good workout day I’m just not up for it the next day. I have gone with the “never let it turtle” approach though and have had some gains with everything I’ve done.


Start; January, 2011: Around 6.5" BPEL, 4.75" BEG, 4.5 MSEG

A chaotic routine worked well for me with hanging. But most guys won’t gain much with under 5 days a week, no matter what routine you use.

You need to step up your dedication and eliminate the “when and if I feel like it”, from you life. Attempt to PE every damn day. Schedule in some time for it that only gets bumped for emergencies. If you have some free time before that do it early just in case. If you get to 7 days in a row then go ahead and take a day off.

I am not saying that this is an ideal approach. Just advise on how to work it if you are random and chaotic.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

To motivate yourself to PE more often you should remind yourself that the time you spend doing sporadic PE is a waste of time with all your efforts being for nothing. It’s best to put in 100% effort or why bother at all?

A random-ish routine can be OK for cementing gains in my experience, but not actually gaining. Four days off in a row is too much time off unless you have been at it for a while and need to give the little guy some rest.

Set up a schedule and stick to it. It doesn’t have to be the same time every day but you have to make time for it. I’m fighting the same problem myself right now and have started to force my schedule. Not always easy, but without it, you will most likely not see significant gains.

yeah you’re right guys I will do 5 days a week from now on. Might not always be the same days but I will end up doing 5 days out of 7 for sure. Also, All_Day you have the exact same starting size as me congratulations reaching the 7in. Did you have any results at girth?

That might work to your advantage. Lots of guys fall in love with the idea of a magick routine. Just like pick up artist wanna-bees think that if only they can learn the exact right combination of lines they will be the man.

Doing the n00b routine lets you condition your wang in a way that is safe. Even more importantly it lets you develop self monitoring skills so you know what your penis is telling you. Guys are all the time feeling a teeny bit of wrongness; but hey, it is only day 3 of my 5 day routine! So they pull and squeeze for two more days. :rolleyes:

In my opinion you are situated to do a much more enlightened, productive and safer way.

  • Average 5 out of 7 days overall.
  • If sore, take a day off.
  • If 7 days in a row, take a day off.
  • No more than 2 days off in a row sans injury.

Or something like that.
