Hey people, Hope you are all well, I haven’t posted for a lil while.
When I do my routine I change it about a bit, I never stick to the same thing, sometimes I stretch and jelq, sometimes I jelq alone, sometimes I do other girth exercises and hang very rarely, but mainly I jelq for a little while, about 50 reps, then I do some squeezes and uli’s, then continue jelqing, and keeping that up.
Does this matter? or should I stick to doing the same routine with the same amount of reps?
