How long should I do the newbie routine at 2 days on, 1 day off before I increase the frequency to say 3 days on, 1 day off?

It’s probably more productive to gradually add a few more minutes of jelqing and/or stretching to the exercise days than to up the number of days. Your dick will need the rest days, at least during the first three months.

Thanks. That was my plan. Gradually add until I get to 10 min stretch/30 min jelg by the 6th week. I just wasn’t sure if I should be increasing the days as well. I’m always afraid I’m not working as much as I should be.

It won’t hurt you not to work as much as you possibly could just as soon as you possibly can.

It could hurt you to work more than you should, sooner than you should.

Note how your body is responding to what you’re doing, both quantitatively and qualitatively. If you’re getting good results, continue with what you’re doing. If you’re not, evaluate whether it’s because you’re doing too much or whether you’re ready to step things up a notch. If your body is reacting negatively to your routine (not gaining, poor morning wood, poor erectile quality, discoloration, etc.), you’re likely overdoing and need to back things off a bit.
