New newbie routine, is it ok

Hi,

I’m a newbie member, and I made a routine (based on looking around at various stretching), here it is:

9 mins; two 30 second sideways stretch, three 30 second rotor stretches, three 30 second upwards stretch, two 30 second downwards stretches, two 30 second straight stretches.
Slap the penis against the leg after each one.

5 mins jelq squeeze (each lasts 5 seconds), at least 300

15 mins jelq , 8 mins with palm facing chest, 7 mins with palm facing away to a wall, (each lasts 5 seconds), at least 900

I have been going with this routine, 1 day off and two days on, for about 10 days now. I have not seen any negative signs, although 2 positive ones and one neutral one.
Current stats:

NBPEL: 6.3 inches,
Base girth: 4.8 inches,

Aim:
NBPEL: 10 inches
Base girth: 6 inches

Could anyone give advice on how the routine could be improved to reach the target? I have already made small improvements (about .1cm for NBPEL!) but I wondering if I can get it better?

What the heck? What’s with this 10” goals. New standards?

Also, 900 * 5 = 4500 seconds. This is 4500/60=75 minutes => does not equal 15 min. :/
Oh and 300 * 5 = 1500 s = 25 min != 5 min…. hehehe.

Two positive indicators and one neutral is good though.

Oh, and BPEL is more reliable when it comes to consistent measurement.

Jack1015 welcome to Thunder’s place. Is 10” your short term goal?:)

About your routine know something, as long as it works do not change it. PE is not an exact science if something worked for Mr. X, it might not work for Mr. Y. Stick to what is working for you.

Another thing, consistency is the key to making gains.

Come on guys, if his goal is 10” he’ll need a lot of support. And don’t forget that some guys actually did this.

And jack1015, be careful about what you wish. This is serious size, and it need a lot, and I mean a LOT, of work. But if you’re sure, all I can say is good luck.

But be careful if you really want to achieve this goal, or any other smaller goal, that this routine will not help you (But I’m really confused about the numbers, so I think I’m taking about the 300 jelqq squees and the 900 jelqs). As you may know, the penis Will adapt to the stress after some time, so you need to step up the time and intensity a little once in a while. And with this routine, I can’t imagine where you’ll be after, let’s say, one year. I think you’ll be PEing for 12 hour a day :) , which is practically impossible.

So, I’ll suggest that you should take it easy. Because, especially for your goal, this is a marathon, not a race.

Well, he’s got my support… not! Nobody really needs a 10” cock. Some guys actually did this? Name three that went from 16 cm to 25.4 cm, just three please (NBPEL!). Picture proof would be nice. At 100k+ members that shouldn’t be too much of a problem. ;)

All I’m saying is newbies should be aware of what is realistic an likely achievable and what is natural porn freaks or photoshop/bullshit legends. I don’t know if there exists even one active member with 10 incher, even BPEL. What happened to 8x6 “ideal size” - even that is rare goddamit.

I remember when I started long long ago (ok it was earlier this year) that I started with the newbie routine and it was fine, nothing broken need fixing in this routine. Try that. The PI thing though… keep it up… that is key!

Here’s an updated version of my routine (after taking a hot shower and using a hot mobile fan throughout the workout and using the fan afterwards for the after warm down)

18 mins;

Two 30 second sideways stretch,
Three 30 second rotor stretches,
Three 30 second upwards stretch,
Two 30 second downwards stretches,
Two 30 second straight stretches.
50 kegels of five second holds each
Two 1 minute bundle stretches (every 30 seconds change direction, CW first then ACW)
Two fowfers (each lasts 1 minute, put under right butt cheek).

Slap the penis against the leg after each one.

6 mins jelq squeeze (each lasts 5 seconds), at least 80

16 mins jelq , 8 mins with palm facing chest, 8 mins with palm facing away to a wall, (each lasts 5 seconds), at least 200

Stats:

12/20/2008: NBPEL: 6.2 inches, Shaft girth( SG): 4.6 inches
01/03.2008 (mm/dd/yy): NBPEL: 6.34 inches, SG: 4.8 inches
Gained 0.14 of an inch in length and .2 of an inch in girth

My NBPEL is increasing faster than my BPL, which is increasing only slightly.
I am using a red string (is not very elastic) and a 15cm ruler for measurement, have been doing it since 12/14/2008, gains are great so far, when do you think I should start the hanging, my routine is mainly stretching and jelqing? Also which is the more accurate measurement, NBPEL of BPL?

Your talking about years of commitment, after Newbie gains. For most, gains come very slow even with lots of drive and determination.

If this is your goal to gain 3.8 inches nbpel ( which would be a monster size horse cock and one of the biggest dicks I’ve ever seen, bigger then 99.9% of all porn stars) and to be none bone pressed to boot, well all I have to say is, I can’t wait to see it!

As far as “When can I start hanging”, don’t just jump into this till your dick is conditioned, at least three month’s of doing just the newbie Routine and four to five month’s would be better, read up on hanging, in other words do your homework, you want that monster to work, don’t you?. Keep track of your BPEL. It’s more accurate, and it doesn’t change with weight loose or gain.

The slapping of the leg against the dick is to restore circulation to the penis after each jelq/stretch, this (I read about this on the site on one member’s routine) prevents the penis going numb and damage occurring. Do you know a similar (perhaps a more effective) way of quickly restoring blood flow after each jelq?

Also, how is BPEL more accurate than NBPEL, as BPL measures how much pain one can take and this varies person to person, for example someone with a high pain threshold with the same sized dick as someone with a lower pain threshold, the higher thresholded person will have a larger BPEL, please can you explain?

We can all be skeptics if we choose, but lets not rain on Jack’s parade.
If he wants 10”, then lets give him the support and encouragement he needs. Hell Koapu, we’d do it for you if that was your goal!

Jack, you’ve gained 0.14x0.2 in a little over two weeks, If I were you I’d stick to what you’re doing and only change your program once those fortnightly gains stop or slow down dramatically, You don’t fix something if it ain’t broke, right? So why change something that’s working?

I don’t know anything about hanging so I can’t help you there.

I find the leg slapping helps too, I actually prefer it to doing helicopters. When I do my slappers I don’t use my hand though, I use my hips to swing my penis and make it slap against both legs. Gets nice plump :)
