enhanced newbie routine
i followed dld’s newbie routine a while ago and earned about an inch in length. since then i pe’ed only ocasionally. i didn’t keep it doing regularly, cause of some ed problems. but the size didn’t change. i know want to start over again with dld’s newbie routine. i just want to add some jelq squeezes to that routine, cause et seems to be a very good exercise for girth, especially head girth. all i am asking you know is how to do the jelq squeeze right. i did read the manaul, but i am not sure how long each stroke should last, when to make a break and for how long. some guys do that 15 minutes, others 30. seems very long for me. what’s the right time? who has experiences?
