Water is a very good conductor of heat. Depending on the size and insulation of the cup, you may need to replace the water a few times.

If my penis becomes very soft should I stop jelqing or continue until it gets hard again? Like if its soft but plump with blood?

I read them all, I just don’t understand if its soft but plump with blood do I continue?

When people talk about erection level they are 0% complete flaccid no blood at all and 100% hard as a rock. You can jelq at as low as probably 20% and still get some benefit.

Some people will say lower % erection is better for length gains and higher % is better for girth.

yeah it will be fine anywhere from 20-70% I think is pretty ideal.

Commit for a year. You will gain. Experiment with different EQ. Just don’t jelq fully erect. Max 70%-80%. Although this could be too much in early stages.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5
