New Member Jelqing
Hi everyone, I am a newbie and I’m doing a routine that I made up. I’m mainly looking for girth, but minimal length. The routine that I’m doing starts with 12 minutes of jelqing everyday (60-90% erect), and increasing by 1 minute everyweek. So far I have been doing this for 2 and a half weeks and I take a day off at least once a week, whenever I’m seeing negative PIs, but rather than that I’m jelqing everyday.
Do you believe that this is a good routine?
Also, is everyday too much? Should I do 2 days on and 1 day off instead?
