New Guy, Too Much Information, Need Help

I have done the newbie routine, and I am doing more stretches and more jelqs. EQ is improved, flaccid hang has essentially doubled, made some small EL and EG gains. I am thrilled to death, but I am kind of just winging it. I stretch out up down left and right, and dry jelq.

I am a really bad turtler, but in the last week or so I have noticed at least a 50% or greater reduction in the “withdraw”.

I did the LOT test, very very strong from 12-9, and still feel it at 6 somewhat, though diminished greatly from 9.

Erection angle around 10.

I want to really target my ligaments, and I for the life of me can not find a thread detailing the different stretches. I used the search engine, and SD, OTS, BTC are so commonly used that the search results are overwhelming. Even with the advanced search function.

Straight down. Not too complicated.
Over the shoulder. Again, got it.
BTC -what does it mean and how do I do it? Seems to be the recommended starting point on multiple posts.

Any help is appreciated.

BTC? Between The Cheeks. The Fowlfer or Fowfer exercise is similar.

Be careful hanging. It can be a bit much if you’re just starting out. I know my flaccid size originally couldn’t handle it at all. So it can be tricky.

BTC or between the cheeks is really a hanging angle rather than a manual stretch.
Imagine laying back in a chair with your feet up and hanging straight down.

Im my opinion the best way to hit the ligs is hanging, it’s the only thing I gained length from.
It is a big commitment and learning curve though.

Nothing ventured nothing gained. My bib starter already came in the mail. I bought a 5lbs weight and all of the 1oz weights walmart had to put together 1/2lbs and 1lbs weights. I’m learning as much as I can about doing it correctly before I even put the thing on the first time. I feel confident in my basic manual and stretches. My plan is to start at 2.5lbs and go up in weight slowly over weeks or months to get the most out of the low weights. Then I’m going to CLAMP! MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Just be careful. The Bib affixes using a clamp system and it can be uncomfortable, to say the least. Practice wearing it without weight for 15 minutes and see how you do, when you feel you’re ready. It’s definitely a new sort of challenge.

I appreciate the concern. I experimented with pumping for a while and learned quite a bit about limitations and how easy it is to go too far. I found that low intensity and more time got me better results, I feel like I was getting girth and no length from it. My girth is fine for now, id like to break over into a real no bs 7 incher and beyond, maybe even 8 like yourself then work girth.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Thanks everyone for the direction. In my first BTC hang right now with the bib starter and 2lbs and I feel a pull 3/4 to the top of my pelvis. I always had a hunch that my ligaments were very tight, is this pretty normal for new hangers?

Some of that feeling will be the skin and superficial fascia stretching.
I can’t speak for anyone else, all I can say is when I started hitting the ligs I felt it, kind of feel an ache right to the bone.

A few follow up comments.

Due to work, I do not have the time to devote to really learning how to wear the hanger. I either cut off circulation, or it is not tight enough and I can not find that in between.

I have added some low angle stretches to the newbie routine and have already noticed less turtling and improved flaccid hand and EQ.

When I get laid off from this project, Ill have months to figure out hanging.

Been eyeing DLD Blasters.
