New Guy, Too Much Information, Need Help
I have done the newbie routine, and I am doing more stretches and more jelqs. EQ is improved, flaccid hang has essentially doubled, made some small EL and EG gains. I am thrilled to death, but I am kind of just winging it. I stretch out up down left and right, and dry jelq.
I am a really bad turtler, but in the last week or so I have noticed at least a 50% or greater reduction in the “withdraw”.
I did the LOT test, very very strong from 12-9, and still feel it at 6 somewhat, though diminished greatly from 9.
Erection angle around 10.
I want to really target my ligaments, and I for the life of me can not find a thread detailing the different stretches. I used the search engine, and SD, OTS, BTC are so commonly used that the search results are overwhelming. Even with the advanced search function.
Straight down. Not too complicated.
Over the shoulder. Again, got it.
BTC -what does it mean and how do I do it? Seems to be the recommended starting point on multiple posts.
