My first GAINS

Man, I can’t believe how freakin’ pumped I am!

I started this PE stuff 2.5 months ago at the bottom of the self esteem barrel like many of you as I felt I was destined to disappoint my wife of 10 years with a small dick and one that ejaculates after about 10 seconds (even after 10 years of sex!). After 2 months and no changes, I was starting to get frustrated. So I looked at my routine, which started off very basic (manual stretches and jelqing). I started out slow and gradually increased my time spent per session and frequency as to not overtrain and just build up to the point where my penis finally starts to grow. I started out with a 1 on/1 off for a few weeks and then went to 2 on/ 1 off. I’d pretty much just do 10 min manual stretch (30 sec holds in all directions) and then 15-20 min of jelqing (standard or power).

Well, I wasn’t noticing much with this routine so I increased my routine to 3 on/1 off 2 weeks ago. I decided to try dry jelqing to which bends and Horse 440s came almost naturally to a dry jelq routine. I’d edge until 90% erect and then slowly dry jelq until I’d lost lose erection and then I’d repeat this for 20-30 minutes. I’d throw in about 4-5 bends holding for 30 seconds and a few Horses throughout.

The first time I did this my dick was so pumped I couldn’t believe it! I could really feel it stretching inside finally! I’d also do these stretched jelqs at about 60% erect. But honestly, where my gains were coming from were the 90% erect dry jelqs. Oh yeah, while I did the dry jelq, I would take my other hand and slightly push the glans downward. This REALLY increases the amount of internal pressure. To better describe this, I have a slight upward curve to my penis and I’d just straighten it out by pushing my glans downward with my right hand while moving my left hand up the shaft for the dry jelq. Awesome! I knew I’d finally pushed my penis to the point where it had to grow and sure enough, it did.

Any other newbie out there feel like their dick is conditioned enough to move up to the next level should give mostly erect dry jelqs a try. I know some say erect dry jelqs don’t help but I feel they were really they only thing intense enough to get my penis to grow.

Now I need to figure out what is going to jumpstart my length gains.any ideas? I do manual stretches (30-60 seconds), JAI stretches as well. I really don’t want to hang as I don’t the time or privacy (married with 3 kids). I will continue with this girth routine until the gains stop.

Today, I introduced jelqing with jelq sticks for 5 minutes. Wow, those are different. I’ll see where that goes. I’ve read they help with length. I’m also going to invest in a good pump. Any recommendations?

Oh yeah, sex with my wife is great now and her interest in it has definitely improved :) She’s noticed the size increase as well and is pretty amazed that I could get my dick to grow. I tell her I’m going for an 8x6 and I think I see a gleam in her eye :)

You go dude! That is what this is all about. Gains will mean confidence and confidence leads to success. I’m just starting too but it is good to know that I’m not alone and it’s good to know that PE really works.

It’s funny, when you feel yourself get discouraged when the exercises your doing aren’t working, seems to be your dick saying, “Hey! Try something different!” So we start trying new things and BAM! Growth. Sweet feeling.

What I needed was to break out of my medium intensity routine and move into a high intensity one .Once I did I finally saw results. I hope I turn out to be a fast gainer and put on an inch of girth in another 3 months. Problem is, I want to be 8” in length and supposedly I should gain length first before girth but I needed to see SOMETHING to get encouraged. My wife is also pretty shallow and with my 6.5” I’ve bottomed out while going at it pretty hard. She wants girth and after 3 kids, I totally understand.

Hey rhedik, in the first post you said you ejaculate after about 10 secs. How has this improved for you? I’m new to PE my self and I am also a quick cummer!

Well, a few things have improved but the main problem hasn’t. If I penetrate without any kind of foreplay to desensitize my dick, I will blow my load upon penetration within 10 seconds (except oral and then I can last all day). I can get it back up shortly thereafter but this has not been the case so much as I am now 33 and it takes longer. So, to overcome that, I take this herbal product called Stamina RX which is basically Viagra only available at Health Food places. Anyways, so I will take 2 pills, my wife will knock out the first orgasm for me really quick just to get it out of the way and then I’m good to go all night now thanks to PE. To answer your question about what has improved is the ability to control the SECOND orgasm to the point where I can literally just orgasm when I want as long as I’ve already had one orgasm. I have so much more muscle/mind control now thanks to the PE stuff.

Now, if I could just get that to be the case with the FIRST orgasm, my wife would love it because sometimes she just wants a quickie without having to deal with the premature ejaculation the first time. This problem really caused a huge shutdown with her and she just shut down physically with me because she says why get all hot and bothered when she’ll just be disappointed. I know it sounds harsh but I love the brutal honesty in that statement. At the time she said that, it was absolutely devastating to me BUT it also lead me to this site and this fantastic community of guys and gals that has truly given me a new lease on life. I’ve lived with this low self image for as long as I can remember and it has had such a negative effect on everything in my life. I’m appalled at how much it screws with your head when you feel you have a small penis. And then to have one that doesn’t work correctly REALLY messes you up. I would think about how sad it must be to be married to me for 10 years and be so unfulfilled sexually. I’ve only had sex with one woman and we didn’t have sex until our wedding night. She, on the other hand, has lived quite a wild lifestyle during her high school and college years and has had plenty of sex. So all that has really driven me to fix this issue. We were a signature away from divorce not too long ago (not just because of this issue as she is not that shallow) but me addressing my problems sexually have helped our relationship out TREMENDOUSLY. We basically just decided to be friends but live in the same house because neither of us could be without the kids. When I just saw her as a friend and let go of all the “wife and husband” role BS, the sex got good for some reason :) I guess just because you stop worrying about “making love” and you just f*ck each other’s brains out. Amazingly enough, that’s what she and I both needed. After a night of some amazing wild sex (took me to a strip club for my Birthday where she got turned on watching me get a lap dance from this gorgeous stripper, then to an Adult Store with booths in the back where she just went nuts on me) our relationship GREATLY improved :) My gains and improvements from doing PE have given me a great boost in confidence and it has helped in all areas of our relationship. Women sometimes just want to f*cked and have their men have some balls and take the reins in and out of the bedroom.

Sorry I strayed from the original topic and your questions but Thunder’s Place has been such a blessing to me and my marriage. If you were as messed up as I was when I started this road to a bigger dick, you’ll stick with it and be patient and persistent. Time will go by whether or not you PE, so you might as well do it. It seems like I’ve been doing this a long time but 2.5 months is nothing. I can’t wait to see where I’ll be in a year.

Get good and pumped. You are basically 80-90% erect and then form an O grip at the base, grab the glans with the other hand and bend that sucker down or whatever direction you want. You need to do these after you’ve dry jelqed a while so you are good and pumped up. You’ll know if you aren’t pumped enough as your penis will “kink” when you bend it.

Also, 90% may be a little too erect but it’s where I start as my erection goes down as I’m holding the bend. Then, at least for me, I’ll start compressing the two grips together near the end of my hold time and REALLY compress the blood in the shaft. I think those are called Horse 440s but don’t quote me on that.

Be careful though when doing these. I’ve taken care to build up to these so I know my limits. I’m just surprised I had to test those limits before I started growing because the pump is so intense when I do these you’d think my dick would explode.

Great girth gains! If you want some extra length, try flaccid jelq!

Are you using heat before you stretch?

Heat can be the key to length gains for some. Get it really hot before you start to stretch.

Would you be able to use an ADS/extender for a few hours a day?

I think an extender could give you some length gains, At least it has for me. A friend of mine here did stelth PE for almost two years without any gains, He then started to use heat before his stretches and used a homemade ADS after his stretches, And he gained pretty quickly with this routine.

I did a lot of flaccid jelqing the first 2 months. It just didn’t have enough intensity to feel like it was doing anything.

I may have to look into the LOT theory. The key to PE I guess it to try everything at least once and see how your body reacts. I also pay close attention to Positive and Negative PIs. That’s when I can tell I need to up my routine.

I do a good hot wrap for 5-6 minutes before stretching. I’ve also tried wearing the Therawrap wrist wrap all day after a workout. I don’t know any other kind of ADS. I do want to try golf weights. When I started PE my flaccid was about 1-2 inches. Now it hangs around 4 which is nice but I want bigger of course :)

What was your friends homemade ADS?

I think you should try the golf weights.

It is very diffucult to explain in English excatly how he made his ADS, But he found a thread about it here, And made it after the decription in the thread, It involves a swimcap, And a kind of bungie cord, Try to search for “ADS” or “extender”.

6.5 is hardly small my friend.
