Duration and magnitude of newbie gains
Second post here, first elicited no response from the PE secret society, so I’m trying’ again!
OK, I’m curious about what the duration of the easy, so called “newbie”, gains we’re for the assembled practitioners. Additionally, I’d like to know the magnitude of those gains, BPEL and EG. I’m presuming that these gains we’re achieved using the newbie routine or some approximation thereof. If other, please specify.
I’ll start: gained like gangbusters for the first 4 months doing ~15 minutes of jelqing in the hot tub, using a homemade stretcher for ~ 2 x 30 min. During the drive to/from school and using a homemade golf weight type ADS during the school day. I basically did this every day. During that 4 months I gained 1 inch in length and 0.5 inch in girth, with a fairly consistent distribution of gains through that time period.
The Christmas break effectively terminated my “newbie” gains when I necessarily stopped all PE for 1 month while visiting families (maybe jelqed for a total of 30 minutes over that month). I wonder if my very satisfying growth rate could have continued if it we’re not interrupted. Regardless, I’m delving into hanging now and so far (2 weeks), so good (BPFSL up 1/8 inch, haven’t measured EL).
