I was just wondering if there is anyone here 25 years old or older who has not had morning wood (morning erections) in a long time? I’m 30 years old and I can’t remember the last time I had morning wood. I have no problems getting an erection, and since I quit smoking and started P.E my erections have been much stronger. I even get erections for no reason now. But for some reason I don’t wake up with morning wood anymore. Is this normal? Are any of you guys going through this? Please let me know.

Oh my god, dude!Whats you’re problem?Look if you have a healthy and normal erections and if you can get a erection without a problem every thing is OK.I’m younger that you I’m 18 so what!It happens to my some times too.I don’t get them too.But whats the problem if my dick is perfectly normal?I’m no a professional like the other guys here but this is my opinion.

Hey man, you need to chill, you seem a bit hyper. I never said this was a problem, I simply wanted to know if there are other guys who haven’t had morning wood in a long time. I’m trying to figure out if I will ever get those sweet morning erections again at age 30, may not mean anything to you, but it means something to me. I hope you understand, and thanks for the reply.

Hey I ended up finding my answer in another thread, and it seems that no matter how good my penis health, I may not get morning wood again. I guess it’s just a teenager thing. Sucks though, I always had better days when I woke up with them lol.

I am in the same boat as you. Can’t remember the last time I had a steel boner when I woke up. I am 39. What did help me was wrapping . I usually wake up with a good heavy 3/4 + erection. That’s without using wrap at night.

Ahh, so I can get them after 25.thats great news. Wrapping you say, I will do a search on that now. Thanks a lot.

As long as you are not suffering from ED then you are golden, if you smoke, drink alcohol, coffee, and substances of the sort, they may be the reason why you are getting lack of wood.

I hadn’t had much morning wood for several years. Then I started PE and I have morning wood just about every day. It’s come along with the improvement of my ED. PE works! Good luck!

Before PE I had:
No spontaneous erections
No morning wood
Bad case of ED
(I was going out with a chick at the time, that was nothing short of incredible, she left me for another guy, horrible stuff)

Now:
Morning wood 5/7 days of the week, the 2 missing are weekends, no morning wood with hangovers boys
Spontaneous erections, sometimes even at the most embarrassing moments
Hard on duration varies, looking to fix that one as well.
Thank god I found PE.

You are probably sleeping through it.

Two things come to mind, PE and testosterone boosters like Magnesium and Zinc at nite.

Many guys lose morning wood as the get older, as well as overall EQ (erectile quality) which is ease of erection, hardness, frequency, nite and morning wood.

PROPER PE (meaning the right amount,not overtraining) by itself greatly improves EQ for most guys. If you add the nutrients the body needs to return testosterone levels to normal to high normal…you can begin to get EQ like you were 18 again.

For testosterone (and health) I think Maca (a tablespoon or two a day) [http://www.naturalzing.com/catalog/…oducts_id=169\] and magnesium (aspartate, orotate, malate,citrate) and zinc (apartate, orotate,malate, citrate) the parenthesis are the amino acid chelate forms that are far superior to oxides and sulfates, are great.

These nutrients will boost your overall health AND testosterone levels back to where nature intended them to be.

For the PE side, I really recommend starting a program with the goal of optimum EQ FIRST!!!! I say that because once you start getting great EQ…growth is not far off from that point. If you aren’t getting great EQ, chances of growing are very slim. I have almost never heard of a guy getting gains that isn’t ALSO getting vastly improved EQ.

A beat to shit dick doesn’t grow! So start easy, when EQ starts to improve, you can slowly ramp up your PE while MAINTAINING great EQ as a baseline. If you start to lose that great EQ, it is a sure sign that you are drifting into overtraining…so take an extra day off until the baseline EQ returns, then begin again at a lower PE level.

Follow that advice and you have a much greater chance of growth.

As you get older you don’t get morning wood as much. Nothing to worry about.

I agree, I’m in my early 30’s and I don’t get morning wood as much or as strong as I used to. PEing definitely increased both the frequency and strength, though.
