Hey. So I had started to do some PE last year. But school got in the way and I stopped but I wanna start back up again. I was looking at a thread I posted last year. Where I mentioned I don’t have a lot of time. And tntjockey have me an idea to go slow and focus on each and every jelq rep. Start from the bone, going up slowly, hold where there wasn’t as much pressure. And stop at the head for a bit. And start the next rep quickly so too much blood doesn’t escape. Under this he said I should do 20-30 reps total. Which is good since I’m low on time. But he said I would only get 4-5 reps a minute with this method.

What confused me is that under. That math I would do 12 second reps. But he said that was too long. And each rep should be about 5 seconds and just hold at the head for a bit. Could anyone shed some light on what I missed.

And also. Any other ideas for gains. I probably have 25 minutes at most. So 5 minutes of stretching. And 10 minutes of the slow jelqs. What else could I do that 10 minutes would suffice for

I guess he means your 12 second rep should be 5 seconds jelqing up the shaft and 7 seconds holding at the head. I assume he meant for a light stretch. I don’t usually hold at the head unless it is while I kegel in some more blood after getting the second hand into the gripping position at the base of my shaft, but we all find the method that suits us best. Experiment, but do focus on feel.

If you are just starting up again, it’s best to stick with just jelqing and stretching for a while.

He said at the head for just a bit. But do you think 40 8 second reps would be good as ap posed to 200-300 reps at 2 seconds. Focusing on getting blood in and getting quality reps?

2 second reps don’t really give the tissues chance to expand. 8 second reps (depending on your length) may be too long and allow pressure to escape rather than build, unless you grip very tightly. Go by feel and see what seems to give the best feeling of expansion; your erection level will change throughout a session too, which will mean changing speed as well. Some days it will feel different to others too, so you need to ‘listen to your penis’. :)

But is it possible to get a good workout with 40 reps?

As a newbie, paying attention to every rep, yes. As a non newbie you need to work out for yourself how much you need. Work on getting the best feeling jelq first, by experimentation, then see what gives a good workout.

If you’ve been jelqing a while, I doubt very much that 40 would be enough for you.

When I started the newbie routine I would do 10 min. Slow, quality jelqs. Roughly 40.

Although, between stretch and jelq I would add more heat. I have great PI’s due to this and a some growth as well.

Newbie routine is well balanced. Don’t change anything.

If you wanna save time just follow the newbie replacing wet jelqs to dry ones, dividing the reps by 2 or 2.5 cause they are very intense. So 100 wet ones should be 50 or 40 dry ones..


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
