Modified Newbie Routine?
Hey. So I had started to do some PE last year. But school got in the way and I stopped but I wanna start back up again. I was looking at a thread I posted last year. Where I mentioned I don’t have a lot of time. And tntjockey have me an idea to go slow and focus on each and every jelq rep. Start from the bone, going up slowly, hold where there wasn’t as much pressure. And stop at the head for a bit. And start the next rep quickly so too much blood doesn’t escape. Under this he said I should do 20-30 reps total. Which is good since I’m low on time. But he said I would only get 4-5 reps a minute with this method.
What confused me is that under. That math I would do 12 second reps. But he said that was too long. And each rep should be about 5 seconds and just hold at the head for a bit. Could anyone shed some light on what I missed.
And also. Any other ideas for gains. I probably have 25 minutes at most. So 5 minutes of stretching. And 10 minutes of the slow jelqs. What else could I do that 10 minutes would suffice for
