Abbreviated newbie routine
I started off with the newbie routine and had some noticeable gains, but I had to stop after a month because my work and school load became just too much. In the meantime, I’ve started back up with just a 5 minute warm up with a rice sock and 10 minutes of stretching and 35 or so dry jelqs. After just a few days of being back on a PE routine, let alone this shortened version, I think my length is equal to my peak on the full newbie routine. My wife has totally noticed and always comments during and after sex. Anyhow, any input or thoughts on my abbreviated routine is appreciated. My main question is if the 2 days on, 1 off routine still apply even though my routine is so short?
Has anyone been able to hit their goals off of a minimum routine like mine?
