Hi Guys,

I’ve been doing PE since February and started hanging 3 months ago. I noticed the last 2 or 3 weeks that my flaccid and erect lenght is much less than when I measured the last time. Is there a reason for this? I’m a bit frustrated for all the time I put in Pe.

My routine is just hangin for 3x20 sets with 10 min breaks. I don’t use ADS and I do 10 min of jelk after the session. I hang btc only and I’m at 14 pounds, 12.5 and 11.5.

My question is, should I go back to newbie routine? take a break? I have no morning erections unless I take l-argnine the night before. I also want to note that on the first 4 months I gained .5 in BPEL but my dick appears to be smaller now. Please any advise guys?.
