Hi, lately A very large dorsal vein is visible on top of my penis, and its ALWAYS visible. Huge is size but short in length. I know that a veiny penis is healthy but this looks ubnormal. Any help?

Why does it look abnormal? Veins are good things.

Please repost the pic in the appropriate forum. I have a large dorsal vein as well. It’s never been an issue.

Large dorsal veins on top of the penis are common. The superficial dorsal vein is supposed to be there.

Doing PE commonly makes it more prominent. Most guys like it but it’s not unhealthy. I have one and it is now always visible. And it’s caused me zero issues. Cuz it’s doing what it’s supposed to do.

Are you seriously complaining? I’ve been trying to make more dorsal pop out since I started this journey almost a year ago. I got a couple spiders now, but still no dorsal to show for even after 1/2” in girth gains.

Hi Omarezq as the other guys have said it’s nothing to worry about, I’ve been told by guys that my dorsal vein is awesome.

I have also made some decent girth gains and my dorsal vein is nowhere to be seen. I am assuming I have one somewhere 🙂
