Hey guys, I’d like to bring forth a question or two regarding jelqing ‘cause I seem to have hit a plateau!

I’m currently splitting my routing into morning and evening, with both occurrences being focused on jelqs solely.

Morning-
10 Min warm-up ( soaked in hot water from shower head ).
35 dry jelqs at ~85% w/ 3 sec strokes.

Evening-

Same again…

My question is this -

How do I gain again! ha ha…

Is there any tips regarding technique that I should be aware of? Any vets are more than welcome to pass down their knowledge onto a lesser individual!

If I could I’d like to avert other ‘advanced’ techniques if I can, call it a curiosity in simplistic target achieving :P

I NEED THAT 6” GIRTH!

Your starting stats are 8 x 5.6? Impressive if you’re measuring correctly. 6in MSEG won’t be a problem with a jelq routine and a little time.


Start: Dec 2009 - 5.75 [BPEL] x 5.25 [MSEG] 5.5 [BASE]

April 2010 - 6.00 [BPEL x 5.3 [MSEG] 5.5 [BASE]

Current Goal: - 7.00 NBPEL x 5.75 [MSEG & BASE]

Thank You. I’m pretty sure I am due to the frequency of the measurements and my experience ( about a year or so now ), When measuring girth im making sure that there is no looseness - I use a cloth tape. I’m actually now cemented at at least 5.7 in girth me thinks,… just want that girth badly, sucks that I’m getting no where of late, you know?

N.B - My measurements are given a better chance of correctness due to this damn red ring around my penis that I get after taking a condom off :(

What you can try, and this is somehow I was experimenting with is that: while jelqing, slightly bend your penis in one direction. For instance my jelqing strokes are:

1. First I build up to an erection of comparable percentage ~ 85%
2. I use the index finger of my left hand to rest the tip of my penis
3. Then with my right hand I grasp the base of the penis, in an ok sign appropriate for a jelq
4. Then I begin my jelq and I push the tip upwards: done correctly, this should curve up the penis. <This finger also acts as a rest point in case my penis becomes too flaccid>
5. Repeat 1-4. Note I am always jelqing with my right hand. Nothing at all from the left hands.

So this natural curve will purse out the sides of your penis, hopefully making it wider (as is my theory).

One risk is that this may curve your penis upwards, so you can fix by jelqing 50 strokes downwards: After I do 50 upward-strokes, I do the same thing downwards. But this is easier to do. No need to prep with the left hand, just jelq and slightly curve downwards.

Note: SLIGHTLY :) .

try, dry jelqs, slinkies, orange bends, uli´s, clamping, horses, CS blasters, there are many, many ways to gain girth.

Why not just try increasing the number of jelqs? 35 per session does not sound like a whole lot. You have a lot of room to increase without changing the exercise-IF jelqs have previously given you gains.

I would suggest trying to keep it simple as long as you can continue to make gains. Save the other stuff for when you really need it down the road.

How much do you suggest lilrichard? I’m at a loss right now ‘cause im stuck on this wretched 5.7-5.75 girth!

Just try and increase the reps. The newbie routine calls for 10 mins of 3 sec jelqs. That’s 200 total jelqs and recommends going up to 30 mins (600 jelqs) over the course of about six weeks. If you are only doing 70 per day and getting gains then that is great. If your gains have stopped then the easiest thing to do is increase your jelqs to help gains to continue. When they slow down, you may be able to increase some more.

If it is recommended for a newbie to reach 600 jelqs a session before their unit is conditioned enough for more complicated exercises, then you may want to consider increasing the reps first!

GOAL - 7.5" bpel x 5.5"

Then again, you may eventually increase up to 600 and not gain anything. Nothing is guaranteed, but I would suggest changing the easiest things first.

By the way, 5.7 ain’t that bad! Keep up the hard work!

Oh, and by the way: Continue with what you’ve been doing but increase to 100 jelqs and do some stretching. Try adding BTB jelqing as well, and ballooning a few hours before sex will get you some extra girth. If this doesn’t work after a few months then look into some advanced routines like the one in my thread, or Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism (?).

Thanks for the comments once again :) I’m sorry for sounding rather silly, i know I’m pretty big but it’s not the size i’m annoyed at, rather the fact I cannot surpass it :(

Caboose : What exactly is BTB jelqing? and balooning? I think I have a basic grasp of the latter, but that’s it haha.

Dicknature : No. I don’t really want to try anything else until jelq fails. If it’s good enough for the Arabs, It’s good enough for me :)

Do you seriously consider 5.75 girth wretched? I know its frustrating to be at a plateau but a lot of guys here would consider it a dream come true to get to 5.75 girth.
