GUIDE

Warnings, the do nots of PE
Do not EVER do more PE than you are conditioned for, an injury will be embarrassing and difficult to explain to a doctor and may result in an unusable dick.
Do not practice the following before 3 months (or 6 to be safe) of PE: Clamping, bends, horse440’s, Ulis, more than 20 minutes of jelqing etc.
Do not continue PEing if injured, yes it’s obvious, but maybe not to everyone.
Do not continue to PE if your penis is black (assuming it isn’t usually), in pain, not working or numb.
Do not ignore your PI’s! (physiologic indicators) - Sparkyx’s PI thread
Do not erect jelq, I don’t care what you’ve heard.

Hints
Experiment with different routines, varying in intensity. Start extremely light and keep at it. Sometimes less is more.
Stick with your routines for a long time!
Patience is the key.
Masturbate as little as possible, yes there’s a big debate but if you can help it, why take the risk? - The “Does Sex/Masturbation…
People like Clubber and Big Girtha are not normal, they can do crazy intense shit, chances are you can’t. Yet.
Visualise a bigger penis, it’s a powerful technique. Try meditation and hypnosis and the like, you never know!
You really only need your hands, but if you are going to buy something then do your research like crazy.
Read the forum guidelines. Thunder does not like disobedience.
If you have to masturbate, do it with a loose jelq grip, you might be getting a workout :)
Never let it turtle!
Sexual technique and penis size can be equally important. Learn to prioritise which you train, 4” dick? Make it bigger and learn your oral sex. Shit in bed? Fix it. Doesn’t matter how big your doodle is.
Kegels are a great exercise so do them forever.
Keep a well organised favourites folder, very useful for recapping.
Become multi orgasmic, read “the Multi Orgasmic Man”

Routines
If you are first starting out I don’t even recommend the newbie routine. I say go for 50 jelqs and 5 minutes stretching every day for the first week, and add my kegel routine at the end. Use heat always, I’m naughty and I don’t always warm down, don’t be lazy like me!

For the week after that you can increase it to 100 jelqs and leave it at 5 minutes stretching.

The week after that go up to 150 jelqs. Then starting the fourth week you can jump onto the Newbie routine!
This is just to build a solid foundation for PE and potentially show some gains due to increase in EQ (Erection Quality)

KEGAL ROUTINE
25 - 2 second quick squeezes of the BC muscle
10 - 15 second moderate squeezes
1 - 60 second long squeeze

Gradually increase to 100, 25 and 10 respectively.

CLAMPING
“When can I start clamping?”
I order you not to do it until you have been PEing for one year, however you may do some variations after 6 months, Ulis, squeezes etc.
HOWEVER it may or may not be safe after just 3 months. You decide, it’s your willy.

I myself have only just started clamping after over 2 years of PE. My girth has gained almost 1/4” since i started at 4.25” MSEG with no clamping, I think most people can do just as good with commitment.

If you want to know how to clamp, I hear Big Girtha is the authority. CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know
I recommend starting at 3 sets of 5 minutes and within 2 weeks move it up to 3 sets of 10 minutes. Don’t change it again unless you are seeing no gains at all.

ADVANCED
One day when you have been on the newbie routine for 3 - 6 months, you will be ready for an advanced routine. Such a routine needs to be tailored to suit your needs and by this time you need to have figured out whether less is more or more is more.
If less is more then try this:

2 on 1 off
5 - 10 minute warm up
2 minutes stretching
2 minutes jelqing
2 minutes stretching
2 minutes jelqing
2 minutes stretching
2 minutes jelqing (alternating between stretching and jelqing)
5 - 10 minute warm down.

Stretches include A and V stretches and whatever else you want to throw in.

Do this at one side of the day, and at the other do my Kegel Routine
i.e A low intensity split routine.

If MORE is more then try this:

5 on 2 off
5 - 10 minute warm up
10 minutes stretching
25 minutes jelqing
5 minutes bends
5 minutes Ulis
5 minutes stretching
5 - 10 minute warm down

after you hit the one year mark you will probably have shaken this up a fair bit. I expect you to as everyone is different. After 1 year you can slip in clamping in lieu of the bends and final set of stretching.

Sex
Sex is really pretty easy if you know how to read a woman’s desires, see what turns her on and respond accordingly, selflessness, massages… These are things that you need in your repertoire of sex. Nipples are sensitive. Never go for the genitals within ten minutes of being naked unless you are engaging in rough sex. Some women like it romantic with foreplay, but don’t forget, sometimes they just want to be FUCKED! The clitoris can be hurt easily, gentle flicks of the tongue. During oral sex get the saliva going. From behind is not intimate, usually. Sometimes sex doesn’t have to be. Sex for over 3 hours hurts everyone involved in my experience, some women can handle it. Being selfless in the bedroom I will keep going despite pain if they want me to. Make sure you ejaculate at some point, your woman wants you to, the same as you want her to. Read up on G-spot stimulation and learn how to make her ejaculate, female ejaculations are something a woman will never forget. If she looks like she is having an orgasm then for fuck sake don’t stop! Go harder or maintain a steady pace. If she’s begging you to give her more, give her less. Make her suffer! But only at the start. Her orgasm will be better for it.

NOTES
For the love of god do not only train your penis, believe me it’s not the most important thing even if it feels like it. Train your overall sexual ability, learn to dress well and get fit. Work on your personality and mindset, it might not be the time for new years resolutions but god dammit quit smoking, eat healthy and exercise. Is it so hard? If it is, believe me, it’s worth the effort.

On Penis Size
I believe that women think size matters in the same way most men think of breast size, yeah sure big boobs are a plus but think about it, do you really care? Some men do, and some women care about penis size. Most don’t want a massive penis, when they say it matters they mean they would like an average penis rather than a small one. I believe average to be 6” NBPEL X 5” MSEG. Don’t show me any studies because yes, I realise the true average is statistically lower, but the girls mainly see the big ones because they go for the guys with confidence. Anything above 7” NBP and/or 5.5” MSEG is big, very big. 8” X 6” is huge. After 2 years of PE I am still below average by a fair margin, and yet I believe myself to be a far above average lover, one day I hope to have the whole package but for now… I suppose being fantastic in bed will have to do ;)
Measuring: Measure both NBP and BP, MSEG, Base EG.. Everything! Do it sitting down, lying down, standing up, post work out, pre work out. Whatever, use your imagination then write it all down and take pics. Now Don’t measure again for 6 months, just don’t do it. Then do the same whole thing again!

Anyone that wants to add anything or ask questions then go ahead, I know I’m no veteran with 2 years and 1.3” X .3” gains but I feel that I have a fair amount of knowledge.

Can I also ask why in your advanced routine the jelqs last 25minutes? I don’t think much more benefit can be derived from doing more than 10 good solid minutes jelqing a day which is about what I do. Or do you disagree? By the way most of my jelqing is done like 30-40% erect. As I mentioned about I do 100% jelq occasionally when I can’t stop getting hard.

Whilst erect jelqing may work for you, and undoubtedly others, it is not safe for everyone and unless you are sure that your dick can handle it you may injure yourself. I’m not saying no one should do it, but it’s my recommendation that if you are new to PE then don’t even think about it. This guide is not aimed at seasoned veterans or people with above average penis durability, it’s my opinion that erect jelqing is unsafe. The 25 minutes jelqing time for an advanced routine is only if you have been monitoring yourself constantly, it’s if you have spent 6 months PEing and worked out that anything less is not working for you. Some men have tough penises that need a bit of prodding to grow. I say 60 percent erections for jelqing is alright, lower is safer but IMO probably less effective in terms of girth work, more in length due to the extra stretching factor.

Supplementing

L-arganine is the magical supplement from what I hear. Buy some and take it. (500-1000 mg morning and night and the same of L-lysine)

I too throw in erect jelqs now and again for short periods towards the end of long jelqs/edging sessions and find them ok. You have to be extra careful with your grip placement and technique but it seems to have some positive effect and little to no negative effects (when done right)

As for the mind being a powerful thing, it sure is!

I’ve just started studying the law of attraction (The Secret) and my life is changing around day by day just from very positive thinking. I was never a skeptic of the power of the mind but I just needed to be fully convinced and to be shown how to focus on something and make it a reality and that’s what I’m doing now. I’ve yet to try it on my penis size but getting more money, becoming fitter and healthier, becoming a better human being and erasing negativity and procrastination from my vocabulary is taking precedent at this moment in time.

To get back on point, the original poster has made some excellent points and it’s a very good guide, something which is always appreciated on Thunders and is usually put to very good use. Cheeva’s ‘Sexual Beast’ is another very good guide that springs to mind along with the ‘looking good’ guide which gave you tips on everything from always having a clean bottom, to great teeth, fashion tips and so on and so forth.

And as to the mind being powerful, I STRONGLY believe in mind over matter, but only to a degree. I’m not a believer in miracles. You’re penis won’t grow just from thinking about it, even if you do think reallllly hard. ‘The Secret’? Something I’ve often heard about but never read myself, I guess I’m gonna stick with the huddled masses. I think 10 percent of things you can read from books and the other 90 percent has to be learned by experience, if I’m gonna will things to happen I’ll teach myself how. That being said, pick up the secret, I hear it’s a good read and I’m not always right after all! (Or so I’m told, often…)

Yeah in the beginning I always thought the newbie routine was too much for me.

At first I was doing 200 3-second jelqs but my EQ dropped sharply. I reduced them to 150 but it was still too much. I decided to do only 50 and thought I would rather undertrain than overtrain. After a couple of weeks my EQ improved and I gradually increased the number of jelqs to 60, 80, 100.

Right now I do 120 5-second jelqs and 5 minutes of manual stretching. Oh and kegels too when I can remember doing them. I have decided to stick with this routine until I stop gaining. When that happens I plan on taking a month deconditioning break and then start all over again and gradually move up to my current routine.

Superstrat, my guess is that you will always be a less is more man. I was just about to suggest doing exactly what your post says until I re-read it :D sounds like you know what you’re doing. The only thing I will say is, when you stop gaining is too soon, ever heard of cementing gains? Keep at it for a long time after gains stop. Then you can decondition.

I liked this a lot, because I started with the recommended 200 3 second jelqs and it was definitely too much for me. Unfortunately it took me about 2 years to develop a new attitude towards my penis (ok well long story…) and my routine that was rather OFF than ON this time. This may sound stupid but it took me a lot of time to recognize that I need less from everything. I do 60 dry jelqs since a month and finally I get good PI-s and a 4 mm in girth.

Hey superstrat I just read your comment, I had the same issue. I switched to dry jelqing (I am uncut) and I think they are more intense so I make only 60 of them right now and I have to be alert of my PI-s, they are really important.

BC muscle exercise
When you are in the shower, or while you are doing a hot wrap. Assuming you can multi task whilst washing yourself, work yourself up to an erection and place a wash cloth on your penis. Allow your penis to be weighed down by the cloth and then kegel in an attempt to lift your penis and the cloth to a higher angle.
Repeat umm… 6 times. You can do 3 sets probably, I do just 1 on top of my regular kegel routine.
