It hurts when I do aided Inverted V Stretches

Just started this again. I’m using a pull cue which I put at the top of my thigh then just pulling the dick over and in a slight downward movement. The pressure against the underside(CS chamber hurts), I think it’s like a nerve or something but it can hurt all the way up, I don’t even bend the top part at all because it hurts to much. Is this normal.or am I doing it wrong.

You could try something with a larger circumfrence, like a rolling pin. But the basic rule always applies: if it hurts, don’t do it.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

How should one determine proper circumference for aided V/A stretches?


Start • 5.94''x4.92''

Now • 6.50''x4.96''

Goal • 7.00''x5.75''

Don’t people do that exercise with those thin bits of dowel? But Okay I’ll try the thick end of the poll cue if not I’ll make it thicker!

Most guys have lots of round things about the house of different circumferences, from arrows to maglites etc., and it’s good to experiment. There is no right or wrong on this, it comes down to what feels like it’s doing the job best.

1/2”, schedule 40, pvc pipe cut to about 12” works great for me. Schedule 40 is the thicker walled pvc pipe. It does not bend easily.

What Ive been using that works GREAT and causes me no pain is the inside of a lint roller. I have no measurements but I can hold it steady with one hand and stretch it over with the other.
