having trouble with high angle stretches
I have been doing PE for a little over a month now and have gained in girth but not length (I’ve maybe gained an 1/8 of an inch or so in length, but I didn’t measure very carefully at first.) I want to concentrate on gaining in length as I am pretty much satisfied with my girth for the meantime and the consensus seems to be that it is easier gaining length first. My LOT is around 8:00 and my mentor told me to do BTC stretches until I get down to seven, but I thought it would be useful to stretch in many directions. My problem is that I am having trouble doing higher angle stretches. Here are my questions:
- I’ve heard that stretching the tunica should be felt behind one’s balls. Is this true? For me this is definitely not the case (this may be because I am having trouble relaxing my PC muscle…)
- My main problem with stretching is getting a proper grip. My head is not big, so my skin tends to slid over the glans. I get concerned about squeezing too hard below the head for fear of damaging the dorsal nerve. Any suggestions?
- Are there any jelqing techniques that promote length gains more than girth gains?
- When can I start hanging? All of these problems with manual stretches would be solved if I hung. If I start out slow can hanging be commenced sooner than after a few months of conditioning?
