Is there any point in stretching the ligs...

…if jelqing is part of your routine. I think I’m going to make my stretch routine more basic as when I jelq I feel like I’m stretching my ligs anyway, so in theory I’m stretching them twice, and wouldnt that be over working them?


Current: 7 1/4" BPEL, 5 1/2" EG

Jelqing won’t put anywhere near the same tension on your ligs as stretching. I highly recommend you include the stretching portion of the Newbie Routine in your daily regimen for at least the first six months. Lig stretching is the low hanging fruit of length gains. Most guys report an easy 0.5”-1” length gain in the first 3-6 months — almost all of which can be attributed to the ligs.

For what it’s worth, the only length I’ve gained came from stretching my ligs during my first year. (I gained half an inch in the first 90 days and then another quarter inch several months later.) Around that time, I stopped stretching due to time constraints and I’ve been focusing primarily on girth since then, jelqing 4-5 times per week. I haven’t gained any length since. Now I’m wondering if I should have continued stretching a little longer, as it might be impossible to add more length now that I’ve added girth to my cock.

Thanks Deville, I’m gonna keep on stretching as part of my routine but dial back somewhat down to 5 mins of stretching in the shower. Everytime I’ve got too heavy handed with the stretching my dick has turtled and I’ve had a hard flaccid for the rest of the day. It’s annoying because hardly anything is quantifiable in PE, so knowing when you’re stretching too much or not stretching enough to induce gain is anyone’s guess. Trial and error I suppose.

Good plan. Always listen to your body. If your dick is telling you it’s had enough, then stop there.
